    The TV does not respond to remote commands as quickly as it should. I have changed channels and the screen sometimes goes black for 20+ seconds. Beware.

    Do not recommend

    It’s a little over a year since I got the tv and I noticed the bottom edge was flickering continuously. It was a couple of days and I requested repair through Samsung since my warranty expired. Yesterday, all of a sudden the screen started shutting on and off on its own. The screen would turn a dark grey, not completely black. It still had sound but just shadow movement in the background. It just works when we it feels like it. We can watch tv for no longer than 5 minutes and it shuts down. And to top it off, I got an email this morning g that my repair request from Samsung was canceled. No explanation as to why. Will never get a Samsung TV again.

      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    The tv works fine . But I bought it as an open box in “excellent condition” which assures that comes with all parts and accessories , and parts of the tv were missing.

    2 damaged TVs, stay away from this TV!!

    Bought this display and was damaged. I returned and got a new one on the store, but this new one just started giving problems with the display. The screen bright goes really low and you cannot see anything, full black screen. The tv is not longer returnable. Very bad product, 2 damaged tvs in a row. Not recommended at all.

    Oversaturated colors and massive blooming

    As the title says this TV has huge blooming issues and very oversaturated colors. 8K also does not appear to support vrr. I bought this for a monitor and I was not happy at all. Samsung is out of their mind if they think they are competing with oled with this. I paired it with a 4090. Vrr worked at all resolutions but 8K. I returned it. I never could figure out how to get the colors to display normal. It seemed like everything was either massively oversaturated or very dull.

    Screen covered in red lines , not usable

    Samsung said to return. This is day 20 if trying to return this. Literally spending hours everyday talking to agents, 20+ so far. Each promises to help aNd follow up, not a single one followed up so far. Today was supposed to get a followup after 3pm. And didn’t . So tomorrow it starts again,

    It’s scary detailed!

    I have to start by saying I didn’t want this TV. I had a Samsung q70 from 2020 that I loved. My one year old daughter decided that she didn’t and smashed it. So after looking at TVs and seeing this deal I reluctantly pulled the trigger over the same q70. I wasn’t sure of this whole 8k thing and the refresh rate wasn’t 120 at 8k*, as I realized it’s 144 at 4k. It also had the motion rate technology as well; so it’s just and incredible. Between the 8k and the neo led holy crap. You can see how old people are! My kids say “oh man he’s so old” when Danny go comes on now! The detail is scary! This is defiantly the future of tv’s. I can’t see how a tv could be any better. Which apparently their are for $89029388 bucks! It blows my mind how amazing the picture is on this tv is. Video games forget it. I shredded the new Zelda TOTK and it was just jaw dropping. I almost cried at the picture quality. No lie. It’s the little things. At the sale price you can’t sleep on this tv! We have a big open living room and the brightness is awesome. Even with the skylight and sliding doors glaring in. One thing to note is you can get away without the soundbar. Yes, it makes it way better to have one, but if you didn’t have one you wouldn’t suffer much. You can save up for one and splurge on this instead! The sound is significantly improved over my last tv without a bar. I can’t rate this tv high enough! The fact it’s like a screen and a separate box is super rad. Just really in awe at this tv and technology right now.

    Horrible tv tv was exchange 4 times fix 2 times and still having issues with the tv bestbuy selling defective products and dont want to exchange it for some thing else knowing there so much issues amd wanting more money to upgrade something else knowing that your having so much issues

    The remote control stopped working 13 months after I purchased it, and Samsung won’t provide service after 12 months. Don’t waste you money.

    Terrible color rendering and dithering artifacts

    I bought this tv because ive been looking to break into the 8k tv space. But this is not the tv to do that with. It has teribble dithering artifacts and color rendering (oranges looked overly sharpened). Do not buy!

    Don't spend the money for this Samsung tv. Motion is jerky and picture isn't as good as our 12 year old Sony bravia. Returning this tv and going back to Sony

    I haven't had this TV one month and it has stopped working. The return window was August 20th! This is just Horrible! Samsung, BestBuy HORRIBLE!!! I was also away for three weeks of the months!

    Return the tv in 8days. The picture quality was poor and when looking from angle the tv screen looked like it had a white wash background.

    Had the black screen on 2 of these TVs back to back. When it worked it was great but you shouldn’t have these issues on something that was weeks old.
