Tv came in perfect condition, graphics are amazing I couldn’t ask for a better tv for my situation.

I really loved this TV but alas it broke withing few days. So i got this on sale as an open box in “New Condition”. It set up easly. The pic quality was great and i loved tbe upscaling. I mounted to the wall. Worked great. I spent some money for the longer one connect fiber optic cable (10 feet) because the two that came with it are 1.5 feet and 6 feet long. It arrived a few days after i had already had the TV up. I replaced the one connect cable. I was being super careful but I barely stepped on the cable with my big toe in socks very lightly which cause the cable to come out from the qled panel. when i went to plug it back in i could not get it to power back on again. I fiddled with it a little but just brought it back for a refund. I relized how flimsyand risky this set up is. While i really liked this TV i ended up getting an LG C2 for a little more. If this TV had a better connection to the one connect box i world recomen but this could have happened to anyone including you. If you do get this TV be aware. Also the backing is a material like cloth which maybe keeps the weight down. The OS is ok it becomes more responsive after everything is loaded and updated. Good luck.

Picture quality on the tv is pretty good although dimming zones leaves something to be desired. If it had more dimming zones then I'd say that the value of the TV would be amazing. By far though this TV's biggest downfall is its software/processor. It is so extremely slow on using the OS I cannot believe that they decided it would be a good idea to ship it like this. Ideally if you're going to be using this TV it's almost a must to use it with either a console or streaming device. The TV software also automatically categorizes input into different menus on the TV. I have not found a way to be able to access all inputs and change from there. You would have to go to the game menu and then pick the input for a game console or you would have to go to the media menu and then pick the input for a streaming device. Normally that wouldn't be such a huge deal but the slowness of the TV's software really makes that experience annoying. I don't entirely regret my purchase of this tv as the picture quality is really good and it can do 4k120hz but this software and processor is rough.

Picture is great but the sound is terrible. Any amount of bass will cause the shell to rattle. Needs a sound bar which is terrifying considering the price point. Also, somewhat glitchy. The reason why I am hesitant to return it is because it's doing extremely well in an extremely bright area, it shows minimal glare.

Overall this tv and picture quality is amazing. However, a glitch happened twice within two weeks of purchasing the tv causing an abrupt loud noise followed by the tv shutting off and rebooting. If this happens again I will have to return the television.

This TV is truly a gem, for lovers of good taste and wonderful images, this is your Samsung 8K TV.

great tv, image quality is great, sometimes apps a or prime video get lagged but not much to be too big of an issue, I use a panasonic 4k player along with it and it plays discs wonderfully, can reduce the motion effects to off which I like as it takes away the ‘soap opera’ effect when watching

8K puts 4K to shame. The quality of the picture is amazing, It will get only better as more 8K produced shows and movies are made.

We are very satisfied with the picture quality of the Neo QLED 8K TV. The only down check is that the sound seems to come out of the back making necessary to increase the volume quite high. We resolved the issue by purchasing a soundbar. Good for Best Buy, but an added expense for us.

Bought TV because every review rated it the best. Installer installed TV on wall and after that realized that this model TV could not be installed on the wall even though on Best Buy web site, they recommened a wall mount. TV itself was excellent but had to take it down and install TV that could be wall mounted

Got this tv on sale for $999. So far im very impressed with it. The picture quality is great, the ios it runs on is quick and has alot of features and settings to customize to your liking. Its a pretty heavy tv as well. I haf to have help lifting it onto my stand in fear i might drop it doing it myself. I love how thin it is. The sound quality is good but i tjink im going to hook my sonos beam up to it.

Great TV! Can be used as a monitor or TV. The speakers are loud but for a premium build, an external speaker would be recommended. Not OLED but QLED is not bad, the colors are nice and refreshing.

Great TV, super clear and sharp. Personally one of my favorite tvs I’ve ever had.
