This TV is simply stunning. The Neo QLED display delivers breathtaking colors, deep blacks, and incredible brightness that makes movies and sports look lifelike. The AI upscaling is impressive — even older shows look crisp in 4K. The sleek design fits perfectly in my living room, and the Tizen OS is smooth and easy to use with all the streaming apps I need. I bought this as a replacement for a 50" Vizio that was starting to go on the fritz and I have really liked it so far. The picture is very clear, the colors seem more vibrant, and while I'm still playing around with the settings to get the optimum picture clarity, it is very worth it. I admittingly haven't used much of the apps or built-in AI, but I do enjoy the SmartThings integration and being able to update things on the TV from my phone without needing the remote.

For not having to spend a fortune to get a TV, I am more than happy with our purchase. It's the perfect compromise. We didn't want the most inexpensive, nor most expensive TV. We'd rather put that money towards a neat trip. The picture quality is good, sound is really good, and the Smart/AI features are pretty handy as well. You get to charge your remote, instead of always buying batteries, which are expensive . Also has solar charging on the remote to keep it charged even longer. Love it!!!

I bought A 55" Samsung Neo QLED to replace a first-generation Samsung Smart TV that had served me well for almost 14 years. After connection to the internet, I found it easy to explore the QLED settings and set up streaming with my Roku Ultra device (Roku is one of the built-in streaming options). The Samsung remote is relatively small and very thin with a solar panel on the back for charging, and some viewers have reported it difficult to use. However, even if you use another remote for regular streaming, you will need to be able to use the Samsung remote to access settings and all the standard and advanced features that the Neo QLED offers, not to mention all the Samsung free channels, so a little patience and practice pays off. The New QLED color and clarity are spectacular and another world in viewing - it's a TV that truly deserves its place in a home theatre.

Beautiful design and incredible picture. Easy to set up and use. Incredible detail with the Neo QLED technology.

Great price pre Black Friday. Great picture. Remote difficult. Downloaded the app for better remote functionality. Remote also turns on/off other Samsung TV’s in close range. Still working on this fix, otherwise tv has good picture, sound, and great gaming capability.

Great picture quality. Getting it set up wasn’t difficult, however can be a bit tricky to find things like antenna and external streaming devices. That said the picture more than makes up for that.

Great tv for the money. Good resolution. Internal speakers are better than many new tvs. The only cons are that it will not auto-connect to an LG soundbar, and the settings menu is sparse, especially for sound options. I'm not particularly impressed with the Q Symphony sound with a Samsung surround sound soundbar--it really muddles some movie voice/music/environmental sounds. I think Samsung is really trying to push users to their SmartThings app instead of making the settings more accessible through the screen options. If you're looking for a good 55" with basic options and you're not picky about settings, this is a solid choice.

Really impressed with this TV! Got it on sale so the price was great. I got it primarily for playing my PS5 on and it looks fantastic. More than good enough for me. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great TV but does not want to pay OLED prices.

Absolutely awesome television with crisp colors. Had to upgrade due to buffering issues on some apps. This tv solved the problem. The fact that it was on sale makes it even better. Great salesman and great delivery people. This is why I continue to be a Best Buy Total member.

Walked into the Store and was greeted by one of the team members, walked me over to the tv section and went over the different brands and sizes. Ended up with a 55 inch Samsung.. great upgrade from my old tv. Picture quality is awsome

After extensive research I chose this TV and was not disappointed. The installation and setup was very professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. TV has a great picture and features. I bought a Samsung sound bar to go with it and the sound is perfect. I’m happy with the results. Highly recommend.
