Connected all the cables and turned on and was watching all my streaming networks and the what great color and clarity on my Samsung 55-inch TV! I very happy and would recommend Samsung television to all my friends.

The picture is amazing. Colors are vibrant. Sound is good. The Samsung channel app has a good variety of shows. Would purchase again.

My only complaint is the AI is constantly adjusting the picture and sometimes its darkens the picture when it doesn’t need to. I'm sure there's a way to stop or turn this off but I haven't figured out how to yet.

Thanks for your review! In AI Mode, the TV recognizes and analyzes the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can adjust options like Adaptive Picture, Adaptive Sound, and more to create your preferred viewing environment. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode.

Went to the actual store, because not all sales are listed online. There were numerous in-store sales going on. Found the model I wanted, got it home and it was so easy to set up with my cable box. My cable company is a wireless network only. It was effortless.

So QLED was a better option. Even though they have come a long way to prevent burn in on OLEDs I decided to not take a chance. This TV met my needs of having 120hz and was priced right on a deal at $680.

The person who helped me was very experienced and very helpful for what I was looking for. I do have to say I have been back 2 more times to get a soundbar but waiting at least 10 minutes with no help and they helped other people that I was clearly there before them
