    Hey, you wanna know the plus and minuses? TV set is just great and works well. Minus here is a financial one. When I gave credit card to sales consultant, he did not mention about ability to pay off in six month... So, he placed the price on my balance with CC. I do not blame him, just my sloppiness. All he needed was just asking!

    Was surprised to learn of the many free Samsung TV Plus channels in the 1000-1500+ range. Can put two channels on the screen at the same time. Screen mirroring is improved over previous 8yo Samsung TV. Still learning of the features available.

    The TV and it's installation were done without flaw. The installers, however, said they would make sure the TV that was replaced was set up and working correctly in it's new spot. We all forgot about that when the installers left and I can't get it working properly. I will have to make a new appointment.

    Nick arrived on time and went to work. The installation went well without any problems. He removed the old equipment and set up the new system. I appreciated his taking the time to make sure I understood the new TV setup. Great job.

    Except for a few glitches with which remote to use to connect to our TV provider, we are very pleased with the product. We were not happy with the tech support we received when we trying to solve the remote connection problem.

    great service and pleasant to boot. Dewayne did a good job of doing, explaining and offering advice. He offered to come back for adjustments and we will take him up on that offer as lips and sound are not in sync.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

    So pleased with my Best Buy Samsung 55" Class QN85A NEO QLED 4K UHD smart Tizen TV overall. The only drawback is that the color can be a little extreme and not as clearly defined --- not as visually precise -- as it could be.

    I love this so much! It has a clear screen, see clearly, has amazing graphics, and it has amazing features! I love these amazing creations and I don't and never regret getting them. I have been using this for 3 months and everything is all alright!!!

    I like this TV I was playing my Xbox series X on it I thought there's something wrong with the TV cuz if I play Grand Theft Auto I would see rings in the sky or underwater so I returned it

    Great screen. Sometimes the remote won't connect. Its also a "solar" charge remote- so if you leave the remote with charge side down it might go dead on you. Remote issues - not bad enough to change my mind- still a good TV with a great screen.

      Thank you for your review of Samsung’s QN85A TV and for sharing your experience with your remote not working. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
      1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
      2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
      3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

    The TV is great . Best Buy cancelled my delivery dates three times. Pick up in store if possible. Now the Same TV is $400. less
