Don't buy Samsung products.

I have been a loyal customer for years. This TV has a great picture. The panel has failed twice in 13 months of ownership. Quality control has taken a nose dive in the last few years. Samsungs repair agency actively lied about the condition of my TV to get the last repair denied by Samsung. I have never been so poorly treated by a company I give so much money too. I'm done with the TVs. I'm done with the phones. I'm done with the watches and the earbuds. If they don't want to stand behind their products they won't get my money any longer.

Picture just stopped working after 6 months

Very disappointed as I paid over $1,400 for this TV. I will never buy another expensive TV. I guess I have to treat them as disposable and expect them to break.

Do not buy!

It goes under power cycle and repair cost is equal to 80% of the TV's original cost. Do not buy!!!

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Suggest you do not buy, broke after 35 days.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess we could talk about picture quality and sound quality etc. Unfortunately, that doesn't really matter if the TV breaks after 35 days. I have never had a TV break so quickly, or for that matter, at all. One of the speakers on the lower right hand side failed so most of the time there is a very loud buzzing. Look, I'm an old guy so I don't play the TV very loudly so if it breaks for me, it must be pretty fragile. Of course it breaks 5 days after the Best Buy return period. I have and have had multiple Samsung TVs and have never had this problem. Very disappointing to spend $1,100+ on something that only lasts 35 days.
