A fantastic device, I needed to upgrade my old curved samsung tv and was worried going to a flat panel would lessen my enjoyment, but this mini led technology in the display is gorgeous. Blacks are nice and inky without losing detail. The colors and calibration are absolutely amazing! And the biggest upgrade was the speed of the OS, my poor old tv was great in terms of display but the internet and OS was so sluggish it made the tv feel ancient. I am glad I upgraded to the newest offering and may even purchase a bigger size soon.

so beautiful color. The sound is good. TV shape is great. Samsung branch is good product for the technique everything in the popular wide. Most products that Samsung makes very good for customers as: TV, cell phone, microwave, monitor, etc. The price is lower than other branch. My Samsung microwave used over 15 years. My family chose Samsung branch everything in my house. I know that someone can use other branch good for using, but my case is choosing Samsung products only.

Finally, a TV that satisfies my critical needs - Sharp Picture, Ample Brightness, Wide viewing angles with no picture degradation, local dimming for as much contrast as you'd ever need, Enhanced sound that follows the action, a barely warm operating temperature which should enhance a longer life . . . and much more. This model is a clear winner.

As good as our 1st generation QLED TV was, the new 55" QN85A Neo QLED is significantly better. Colors are brighter, cleaner, and more detailed. The motion rate is also much improved. The non-reflective screen is definitely a plus over the previous model. And it offers a huge assortment of apps to keep the videophiles happy. The new remote is solar-powered, so dead batteries are a non-issue. We've only had it for about a month, but so far, we love it.

Super crisp picture bright colors with very low glare and very easy to set up!!

I got this TV during Oct 2021 after getting tired of my old Samsung TV while being stuck at home during the Pandemic. I realized that majority of the Streaming services are offering the original content in HDR, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos. My old TV couldn’t keep up with the demands of the HDR brightness of these streaming services. The old looked too dim, too dark. This lead to a disappointing viewing experience. After a lot of research, Samsung Neo QLED was on my shortlist along with Sony X95J as my priorities were Daytime viewing. I’d have to say I’m very happy with the Picture. Pros: 1. Very Bright screen tailored towards bright rooms 2. Fully array local dimming brings this as close to OLED as possible 3. Good shadow detail in HDR 4. High Refresh and auto low latency panel makes this TV work perfect with PS5 and XBOX Series X Cons: 1. Dolby Vision is missing, even though this feature is offered in TCL’s 6-series and several more affordable competition. We have to settle for Samsung’s In-House HDR 10+ picture profile 2. For the price, I’d love to see a sub-woofer in the TV’s built in speaker system, mainly for bigger bass

My 2013 Samsung model finally quit. I wanted to get it fixed but, I couldn’t justify the cost so, I purchased a new Samsung. This is a great TV. I now wish I’d gone with the 65” but, the 55” is doing the job. Easy set up and wall mounted. If you’re trying to decide, this TV checks a lot of boxes. Just make sure it checks the boxes important to you. Otherwise, it is a great buy.

This TV is incredibly awesome! It made every game look better. I was already playing on a 4K Samsung TV. This was a major upgrade. It can be very bright if you want. Its like having a thousand lights in one TV. I had to turn the brightness down. Its has a very fast response time that I had to get use to. My other TV was fast but not as fast as this. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was skeptical of this tv at first when seeing it in the store. However, once I tweaked the setting for picture quality, sharpness, color, and contrast, wow! The tv is very slim with a very classy small bezel. You will need to buy a sound bar if you want the full audio effect, the speakers built into the tv are mediocre at best.

Brilliant picture. Easy to use remote. More blooming than I expected especially on fast moving person. Instruction manual not very helpful. Would be better if they had a how to do basic activities. Most On line helps don’t match the controls for this Samsung. Sale price was good.

Very nice tv. Easy to use and setup. The 4 HDMI connections are great for multiple systems. One is a dedicated 2.1, so play away at 120 Hz refresh rate. Dedicated game mode is great and allows for tweaking settings to your style and desired look.

The best TV I've owned. The darks don't get crushed. Fast action is great. The sound is the best I've heard without a sound bar, although still not completely satisfactory. The picture is excellent and even the old movies are upscaled much better than other TVs I've owned.

using this tv as my outdoor tv (covered lanai in florida). in all light conditions picture is fantastic. sound has been fine - but will most likely add on wireless speaker to put close to hottub as it gets loud when bubbles are on. very easy to set up apps.

The TV was very easy to connect and set up. Already had Apple TV and all our apps loaded on it. Our salesperson was very knowlegeable as well as friendly and courteous. Picture is great.

Excellent features on the TV, including the rechargeable solar clicker. The picture is nice and bright, but seems unusually washed out at times, and at times will act like a computer game. No other negative on the TV. Good selection of apps, Smart TV works well, and has been a reliable product in the past.

Typical Samsung TV. Easy to set up and easy to use. Great picture. The jury is still out on the solar rechargeable remote. Samsung claims room light is adequate to recharge. It can be recharged using a usb adapter as a backup.

What a great TV! Beautiful colors and love that we have no more glare due to a lot of windows. On time delivery, courteous and knowledgeable in regards to the 2 men who delivered. Jake at the store really knew his TVs! Very happy!!
