This tv has a great picture, crisp and clear. The settings are very easy to use. There are lots of apps you can ad for whatever you like to watch. Best Buy delivered on the day and time promised. I woul recommend this tv and Best Buy to anyone.

Love this tv. Picture quality is excellent and enjoy the sound and light controller feature. Sound quality is superior to others the remote is great but there are very limited instructions that come with it. Would highly recommend

Was literally on my way to pick up a 50" q80t, then I saw this went on sale for like $500 off, which was what i paid for the q80t. So i made the swap and wow!!! Dont listen to youtube Samsung haters. This tv is awesome!!! I own both LG and Samsung, and so far Samsung is winning. It made my 1080 content look like 4k. This and the 90 are the best of the best unless you can afford a 8k tv Mr/Mrs. Money Bags

Bought this TV almost a month ago and the quality is amazing! I was searching for the right tv for months and when I came across this one I knew it would be perfect. The colors are so vibrant and makes games or movies pop

Excellent quality picture and the sound was very good compared to other TVs I've listened to. We paired it with the Q850 model surround system and have tried some different sound settings. The QSymphony really is a neat feature and does create an awesome surround sound field in our room. The price went down about a week after purchase and I had no issues when contacting customer service to get the difference credited back to me.

We are enjoying our upgrade . Great features on this new TV. The remote takes a little getting used to but what a beautiful picture. Movies “pop” with realistic clarity.great menu and very easy to set up with a smartphone.

Amazing brightness and good picture quality. My last 4k tv then going to a 8k end of the year. Bought it on black friday and price was right. Delivery was smooth as well.

This television has an amazing picture, the glare reduction (not perfect) definitely does help. Does it completely keep any glare from an uncovered window from shining through, no, but it is a lot less noticeable with this screen than with it's predecessor. I am hugely disappointed in the multiview feature of this television however. I would not have wasted the money for this high dollar unit if I had known I would be limited to only the "samsung tv" or "you tube" apps or using my laptop or phone for the 2nd screen option rather than being able to select from other installed apps. For instance, with the built-in "sports" multiview, it would be nice to be able to select say the ESPN+ app as the 2nd channel option.

Amazing picture and set was extremely easy best part is the one remote works for all the sound and verizon box. No more multiple remotes for each.

Very nice picture. Easy setup. Just need the remote to switch on and off my Yamaha receiver.. It controls volume. But does not switch on or off.

Super easy tv to setup! The picture is ten times better than my prior tv and it is easy to switch through all of my streaming services. Love love this TV!

After several weeks of research I decided to purchase the QN85. Picture quality and brightness are top notch! Streaming services are very user friendly.

I was looking for a 4K smart TV that also would work well in bright light and would reduce reflections from the nearby window. I upgraded from an older 42" Samsung to a 55" Samsung. as the old TV had a much larger border around the screen, the larger TV didn't take up much more space, The setup was smooth and picture quality fine. I was disappointed that the screen reflections were still there, though the brighter picture image did help compensate for it. I installed several apps and set it up to work with my direcTV remote. I still need to get 4K on my direcTV receiver before I'll see the best results.

Excellent Picture, Excellent Sound. Free Delivery made it easy to get it home. It has some unexpected features including 2 pictures on screen from phone and from wired input. Uses WiFi network to stream many services, but did not support Paramount+ natively, so I still need my Amazon Firestick, which works fine. The Amazon Alexa functionality does not work if you want to change channels on the set top box, or firestick, but only supports native functions of the TV. In all, it's awesome, and does more than I needed or expected.

I purchased this tv to replace a 2 year old LG nanocell. The picture and brightness are great. I can't comment on the sound of the tv because I have it paired with a Samsung soundbar but there is a noticeable improvement over my old setup. Details in movie night scenes are now viewable. I might have to submit a new review later because I was listening to music on a flash drive and the tv turned off. Maybe it was a power glitch. We'll see.

This TV has a great picture. Very vivid and life like. The Tizen platform and apps are easy to use. Samsung TV is a nice feature, too.

Great picture and very easy setup. The smart remote controls receiver and PS4 simply by hooking it up via HDMI cable with no programming!

Its got good color and picture it seems sometimes it does not focus very clearly on certain frames or channels like my 8000 series did which was a 2018 model but overall good tv qaulity

I’m so pleased with the color and sharpness of the picture. Even though there is a west facing patio door in the room, the glare is minimal
