He was not pushy or telling us things we didn't need to know about all the other tv's. We mentioned to him what we were interested in and he took it from there and did a GREAT job of making it happen. This tv is crystal clear and has a great picture. Tre is very knowledgeable with all the electronics and Best Buy is lucky to have him on board. Everyone working there has always been very helpful in selecting what we wanted in the past.

Sound quality is very good. Set-up was fairly simple with the on-screen guidance provided. Remote control works well though it took a bit of time to adjust to its being much smaller and lighter than the typical remote. TV smart hub is easy to navigate and does excellent job of streaming content.

Got a defective one but easy replacement

The defect was a bad power module on the tv that went out after full setup. The picture quality is a step up from your entry and mid level 4K TVs. It’s a near top level picture without the top level price. First thing I noticed was spatial audio and was impressed. We have yet to experience a something we wish was different.

No issues on the return since it had only been 5 days since purchase and didn't have to wait long for the new TV. No issues at all with the new one. Picture quality, color and hooking up the surround sound receiver were a peach.
