We replaced our 10 year flat screen Samsung with this newer version for a shaper image although I should say the previous one was working still great with an amazing picture quality as well. So far it works great. satisfied with pic definition. My Apple TV doesn’t seem to work well with it. The feed keeps interrupting over and over again but not sure if it’s an Apple issue or Samsung issue. I ended up using the built in Smart feature for my streaming programs

It’s great to hear that you are happy with the picture of your new 2021 QN85A Neo QLED 4K Smart TV. The incredible image is powered by our new Quantum Mini LED technology which provides ultra-fine light control and deep black levels. Quantum Matrix Technology provides you with a bright picture with excellent contrast and color accuracy.
If you are experiencing issues with devices connected to your TV, you may want to try the following steps to check your connection:
1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV
2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV
3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet
4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds
5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV
6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

It has excellent picture and sound as well. The people at best buy were very knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to answer any and every question we had. I also bought geek squad protection and trust me its well worth the money. We had a power surge 2 weeks after buying this and got them on the phone. They were right out to take care of it. Thanks best buy

Great Smart TV for the price and awesome picture

WOW! The resolution on this one is so much better than my old 4k. I especially like the QR codes for setting up apps and subscriptions. Works well with Iphone and has bluetooth for pairing earpods! The remote is solar and never needs batteries. Really nice features!!

Most I've every spent on a TV and it was worth it the picture is amazing. Had a problem with the first TV the sound didn't work. Went through the trouble shooting with Samsung who sent us back to Best Buy. Best Buy replaced the TV no problems. Added a HW-Q600A sound bar that up the game, now I have my owe home theater system.

Bright and Beautiful

I chose this one over the LG C1 and it's great but I recommend this for a large room with windows. It. Is. BRIGHT. HDR is incredible and Series X games look great and play well. Only one HDMI 2.1 isn't ideal BUT the eARC is exceptionally good. Don't put this TV in a dark man cave like I did. You'll need all the lights.

Being all HDMI, connection was a breeze. With simple on-screen instructions, setup and Wi-Fi connection was simple & quick. Not seeing a big picture difference from the Sony HDR it's replacing (now in the bedroom), since both are excellent. Only negative is the (online) user manual. Very sparse on using Smart features.

The colors and clarity are everything that was advertised. We especially like the ambient light absorption allowing us to view it in the brightly lit family room. Also love the remote controller allowing us to instantly move from our satellite dish to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
