Love this TV. It was between this and a Sony OLED and I just loved the picture on this vs the Sony. I know OLED is the best but I was more focused on getting a Full Array lighting vs Edge Lit, to me that is more important. TV was easy to setup and I haven't really had the need to tinker.

I made a comparison between LG,SONY,SAMSUNG and the best TV of them is this Samsung 55inches .The color are amassing and the sound is great . It the the best smart TV at the market. This is the first time that I buy a Samsung products and this company their quality is excellent

looks and feels nice except for the tv stand. tv stand base is nice and heavy and metal. but the shaft and mount is plastic holding a ~50 pound tv. therefore it wobbles as you set up or whenever you touch. out of the box settings are ok but its annoying to find the right settings especially if you want to get rid of the stutterrinf on fast moving objects. also annoying how intelligent mode is not always the best, so i end up going back and forth between intelligent mode on and off. but when its off you have a myriad of settings to mess around with which gets annoying furthermore. so you either always have to compromise something using their preset settings or adjust/edit settings everytime you watch something different. so unless you are constabtly going to watch the same type of things, you may spend more time than you want messing with settings. the biggest thing that bothered me is when you see bright and still objects, you see like pixels or dots moving. like when u try to see how detailed someones pores are, you also see dots moving so it seems like you have a damaged tv? im not sure how to explain it or if it is a problem but it bothers me.

I think that our new Samsung Neo QLED is one of the best televisions that we've ever owned. The picture quality and clarity is unreal. It seems as if you can reach out and touch the people and things on the screen

we continued to be blown away with the stunning picture and sound quality! A treat that I have wanted to purchase for years! Oh the comments about brightness -- yes factory setting is too bright, you just lower in settings, perfect now.

I bought this for the family room as a replacement for a three year old, inexpensive Samsung. It’s definitely an improvement. The picture is natural, colors don’t pop but don’t look artificial. It takes a bit to get used to the remote control but it’s fine. Overall, it’s a nice tv.

So far, so good. It has lagged a bit on cable, but I suppose thats expected with non-4k content? Maybe my settings are off? Does have a nice picture, and UHD streams look nice. Just really wish there was more 4k content out there, as it's hard justifying the price tag for the limited 4k options.

This TV impressed me with its brightness darks and color and my q6 FN doesn't even compare to it but I will tell you I have an r635 TCL 6 series which I think it beats it except darks but they are close so I recommend both of them

Love this TV. Great screen quality, surprisingly good sound, even without a soundbar, and works seamlessly with my streaming apps. Samsung still on top of its game with another great product.

Pros: - Very good viewing angle. - Bright enough to overcome glare. - Superb reflection handling. - Easy-to-use smart interface with a great selection of apps. Cons: - Low native contrast that causes blooming in dark scenes. - Some distracting dirty screen effect.

The tv is great. Easy setup. Great picture. Really the only issue I have is not the tv, but with the manual. There’s an e version on the tv. It’s very generic. Over 200 pages and a lot of options not available in the US.

A great TV for my ps5. But I was blown away when I was watching netflix. I am currently watching breaking bad, and on my old tv, it looked fine. But on this TV, the TV upscales everything to 4k and breaking bad looks like a new TV show!

HAVE HAD SAMSUNG TVS IN THE PAST, ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE OUR NEW STATE OF THE ART SAMSUNG, SUCH A PLEASURE TO WATCH EVERYTHING, COLORING, LIGHTING, CONTRAST, ETC ETC ARE ALL FANTASTIC

The picture quality of this TV is great! I have a room with a lot of bright natural light during the day (lots of windows) and the color and detail of the picture is great both during the day and after it is dark outside.

The size is perfect for my living room setup. It does what I needed it to do. IE good streaming, good picture. The sound is OK. Remember It was delivered and set up less than a month ago. Well worth the discounted price.

The geek squad came to the house and brought the tv with them. They installed it and explained to me exactly how it works. They were fast, professional, and the results were great. This tv has a wonderful, crisp, and clear picture and I am very satisfied with the results.

Nice tv. Unfortunately I bought it less than 30 days ago and now it is on sale for less than I paid. I called and they declined giving me a price match. So sad. I need a whole new kitchen soon and another tv. Maybe!

My new TV so far has exceeded my expectations for picture quality and available programming. It was delivered on time but the service assistance could be much improved to include positioning of the TV on the furniture top. Too heavy for my wife and I to maneuver.
