I first purchased the QN85 55", but it was just too big in our 1953 house. Love Best Buys return/exchange policy. Got the new 50" QN90 in it's place and saved another $100 as prices had dropped since my initial purchase. Felt really good about the return due to Best Buy selling 'open box' equipment. I knew my perfect QN85 would go to a good home with a slight discount for someone - not something that would happen with the BIG BOX STORES.

Thank you for purchasing the new 2021 QN85A Neo QLED 4K Smart TV and for your review. I am happy to hear that you are enjoying the picture brought to you by our Neo Quantum Processor 4K which analyzes the signal, source, and content scene-by-scene to optimize your 4K clarity.
Please know Bluetooth enabled devices, such as Bluetooth headphones, are compatible with the QN85A. They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
- If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV, and then select Refresh.
- When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically, and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.
You may want to check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your speakers. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth.
Note: The sound quality may be affected by the condition of the Bluetooth connection.
