The Television is awesome! Very clear picture, it looks like you are right on the set with them while filming. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. I don't know how the original sound is because I also purchased a soundbar and subwoofer and the sound is amazing. Geek squad did an amazing job mounting the Television and soundbar on the wall and connected everything through my remote. I highly recommend this television.

This is the best I’ve owned. Absolute blacks-absolute whites! Contrast and brightness is excellent and it’s not set to maximum. I’ll be able to to adjust settings to maintain this crispness after years of use! Worth the extra $$$!!! Easy Samsung interface too!

Purchased the QN85 in the 55 inch a little over a month ago. Excellent picture quality, overall we are very happy and feel it was a good value for the money. Only con is the dinky remote.

This is an excellent TV. The picture is stunning the way it handles high motion pictures like football games is truly excellent. The only real regret I have is I wish I would’ve gotten the 65 inch instead of the 55 inch… I’ve always heard once you pick out a size, go up one size and you won’t regret it, that really is true! Samsung really does make excellent televisions. Definitely consider this TV!

I’m so ecstatic I was able to get this TV in an open box deal- the picture quality is amazing! Playing my PS5 has never been cleaner. The built in speakers are also pretty good, depending on where you’re streaming from. The only issue I really have is with the UI; it’s not the most intuitive and the fact that it’s difficult to switch inputs is a little frustrating. Overall a nice TV for a casual TV enjoyer.

Samsung TV rating : 5 stars Geeksquad: one star!!!! I bought open box item categorized as "Excellent " condition that means it contains all original parts, original remote control, original packaging etc. When i opened the box at home, there were no TV stand screws (M4 L14 , 8 screws) I was stuck as without the screws, i can't setup my TV. I found Solar cell remote was also missing and Geeksquad put a $10 regular remote as a replacement. Called best buy and connected to Geeksquad service, guy couldn't help. Again called and ask for sales representatives, i was put on hold for 30 mins and no one came to pick up a ph. After such a disappointing experience, i was too tired and next day went to lowes & got similar part M4 L14 . I still don't have solar cell remote. I have attached all the details

Great pic! Easy set-up and just in time for the PSU game with family and friends. Sounds great with my home theater and got all compliments on the picture quality.

Just had it installed on 11/3 but love it. Neighbors commented on how sharp the picture is and how it is visible through your family room and kitchen

Amazing tv all around, the picture is unbelievable, the sound is incredible especially when paired with the sound bar, bass and surround sound speakers.

I have my unit on a wall mount it has sharp colors and definition. I have an LG soundbar, Roku device and Sony DVD player attached. I control everything using my phone and the Logitech Harmony hub and phone app.

It might be a good TV, but I tried using it as a PC monitor and it failed or was defective. At 120hz horizontal lines appeared in graphics of certain solid colors.

I replaced a six year old Samsung TV with this TV. A couple years ago I purchased an LG OLED TV trying to replace my previous Samsung TV and I couldn’t take the lack of brightness of the OLED so I returned the OLED. I was worried I could never find another TV that was as good as my other Samsung until now. The mini LED TV is the perfect go-between between OLED and a typical edge lit TV. This TV has amazing contrast and amazing brightness. You don’t get too much blooming. But I’ll take a little bit of blooming on a bright TV over a dim OLED TV any day of the week.
