I've had this TV for over a year and I love it. It's working great and the picture is beautiful. I agree that the remote is a drawback. It's too minimalist and stylish for it's own good. I tried to use it and didn't want to deal with it. Fortunately, the remote from my previous Samsung worked with it--so that's what I use and it works GREAT!!! Samsung, hang it up on that stupid remote and go back to the ones where you can actually see the buttons without pulling things up on the screen. Seriously.

I love the contrast of light, dark, and colors of this Samsung 4K Neo QLED TV! I had an original 3D 4KTV before this but it was only lit around the border. This is new one being full array is incredibly better! Also this TV is much brighter! Also I love that it comes with free Samsung TV networks. I usually switch between BBC Top Gear and Portlandia stations. The only issue I have sometimes is lag when scrolling through the Apps.

I hate long reviews so this will be short and to the point with no explanation as to why I had to replace a 6 year old Sony XBR. This TV has an amazing picture but not out of the box. My simple set-up. Small family room with a lot of ambient light so needed a TV with excellent viewing angles and good anti-glare characteristics. This new Mini-LED IPS panel from Samsung checks the boxes. Have Xfinity cable and a Sony 4K Blu-ray player. Easily mounted to my old cantilever wall mount, simple HDMI-ARC cable to Denon Sound Bar and HDMI to the Xfinity box. Turned it all on and instant integration. Then when I tuned into a HD channel on cable, I noticed an annoying blur on bright reds, yellows and oranges. Tried a few more channels and same results. Tried the different auto picture settings over the next few days and was at the point of boxing it back up and returning to Best Buy. I decided to give it one more try by starting with a picture mode that was acceptable and tried various channels. Here is where I ended up after 6 days of trial and error. Picture Mode: Movie Brightness: 22 Contrast: 25 Sharpness: 0 Color: 19 Tint: 0 Picture Clarity: Auto Local Dimming: High Contrast Enhancer: Off Film Mode: Off Color Tone: Standard White Balance: BT1886. Gamma: 0 Shadow Detail: 0 Color Spacing: Auto This worked wonders and these settings work great on all inputs, Blu-ray, Cable, Over-the Air (incredible picture) and HD movie streaming. Did I say this TV is amazing ????

Ok, 120hz on a 4k tv is amazing! Gaming feels smooth. The gaming mode adds low latency to the already great experience. Watching movies in 4k is amazing as well! It’s the right amount of vibrant. Images are very dynamic. Samsung doesn’t miss with their tv’s.

Very pleased with the quality of the picture and sound. The TV was priced well on Black Friday. My only negative comment is regarding the remote control. It can only be recharged by solar light or by using a USB-C cord (no battery compartment). No package was included for charging the remote through an electrical outlet.

Gorgeous Samsung with exquisite picture, smart, voice command features and easy set up. Either this TV is easy to understand, or I am finally learning the language! We are completely spoiled for anything less after streaming our shows on this dreamy TV.

Great picture and sound especially for the price point. Glare was not an issue for ambient room lighting and indirect sunlight. I definitely recommend this product if trying to get better than a QN80B, but don't want to spring for a QN90B.

Bright and sharp picture, with excellent contrast and deep blacks, due to the microLEDs. My only complaint is the remote, which is all black and with no backlight. It's impossible in dim light. Trying to find the ring around the center button is difficult. Would have been much better if the ring was white, or a contrasting shade.

The Samsung tv fits very nicely on our small tv stand in the corner of the living room. The picture is very vivid, and the color is great. All my components hooked up to the tv very easily.

Great TV. The brightness is important to us as the back of our home has a lot of windows & the sun would make it very difficult to see the picture on our previous TV, even with Brightness turned way up. This TV is very bright & no problems viewing at all. The colors are vibrant & just make viewing such a pleasure to watch. The sound from the TV is strong, Crystal clear & dynamic. It has 4 HDMI ports which is needed if you add a Sound Bar, DVD, Roku Stick & Cable Box. This is a great TV for the price & I would recommend it. Best Buy help a lot by educating me on the difference between LED, QLED & OLED which was a great help.

Love this TV. Have this as my main tv in my living room. Absolutely a beautiful picture and I got it for a great price at Best Buy.

Good balance of price and features. Has every feature you need for a good picture. Works great with PS5. Tv works well in both bright and dark rooms.

I've had the QN85B for almost a year now. Super bright picture which is great as I use it in a room with lots of natural light during the day. Poor black picture quality. Often get blooming when playing certain games. The interface is probably the worst out there. I'll avoid anything with Tizen system the rest of my life. I often have to reset the TV or sit and wait for the interface to catch up/stop lagging. Picked up a LG C2 and it is better in everyway excluding brightness. Was only $100 more than this as well.

Great image, great colors, and easy to set up. And the price is good too.

Great picture!!! Must get TV for fast refresh rate and brightness.
