I have had this TV for about a year and it's been perfect. The picture is unbelievable. I am thrilled with the purchase.

Great Picture! So many features still haven't found them all as mostly just use as monitor for gaming from my power recliner. Easy set up and worth 1200$ paid for sure.

I bought it for my daughter as a gift, and she just love everything about the tv offers, clarity, and most expecially the shadow glare is not visible even if her blinds are open. It's really great tv.

Pictures just amazing the remotes is solar powered sounds better way better then the crystal HUD MODEL OF COURSE IT IS A Q model. Worth it for me as far as bang for the bucks.

I'm coming to this from a 3 year old Q80 which went dead (beyond Geek Squad ability to repair). This was the equivalent replacement, according to Best Buy's list.. and it pretty much is. The picture is a little better than the previous QLED TV. The remote is better--has a solar back plus a USB chargeer port. The software interface to apps (e.g., Netflix, Prime) has been improved... it's easier to move around. The interface to TV parameters has been simplified. I'm neutral about the built in sound. It's not "media center" quality, but it works. On the other hand, I don't use it at all, because I run audio through my AVR and big speaker set up. So, no real complaings. Two issues I had, which may be on me: 1) I've had trouble getting the Audio Return Channel to work through HDMI, or via the optical connection, using the exact same set up as I had with the older Q80. Again, not a problem, because most of what I need comes through the Comcast/Xfinity set top box, or a computer, so the AVR picks off the audio. 2) The user material is very minamal. Other than legally mandated cautions, it was a single sheet about the remote. However, it was easy enough to find the 260 page User Manual on line. All in all, a very good TV... so far.

Had to return another TV (way too bright for my bedroom) for this one. This TV has rich brilliant colors without the blinding brightness. Looks similar to high end OLED

We love this TV. Picture seems just slightly better than our 2015 Samsung, but really love the larger screen. The operating system is way better than the old smarthub. Love all the preloaded apps.

This TV is great! Easy set up and the picture is very clear and it was easy to hook up to my sound bar. This is my second Samsung and would not switch to a different brand.

The picture is very good. Sharp, the black color is very deep. Other colors are quite brilliant. Sometimes mostly white screens are too bright depending on the ambient light in the room. It was a little difficult navigating the home screen but I've become more comfortable the more I use it.

The TV is wonderful! Although the Best Buy guys were very busy they took the time to discuss the TV we thought we wanted but recommended the TV we actually bought.

Worked so much better then the tv that came in my camper. The picture quality is just what i was looking for in it as well and it cuts down on the tv glare.

Have had two oled tvs both had burn in .I bought this television it has a great picture .I’m glad I bought guys who installed it were very nice and helpful..

This is THE TV, sounds, colors, brightness is all when you are watching your favorite movie or playing games.

Samsung has a great picture. We really like it. We ordered it 12/29/22 and the first one brought out was broken. We finally got this one 1/12/23 and it is great.

My 2nd samsung this year. Fantastic quality. I got it for my bedroom and it’s just perfect. Totally recommend.

Love my big screen. It fits nicely into the living room and makes watching so much better.
