Received new tv via geek squad services and hoped for more than i received... sure the tv arrived and was installed properly... they did a great job... what fell short of expectations was i thought i would get a complete review of set up steps to know how to operate the tv and basic information regarding settings etc... but none of that happened other than setting up my Comcast remote to run the tv.. that was nice...i spent $200 for install and guys were here and gone in less than half hour... they had 5 other tvs to install that day... anyways the tv itself is awesome with a very crisp picture and sounds amazing..i was first leaning towards getting an oled but this set caught my attention and the reviews are spot on no complaints with this tv... it's a great tv... love watching movies on it... thanks best buy

I just purchased this tv and it was a big upgrade from my old samsung 4K TV. First off the picture quality is greatly improved as well as the UI and navigation for apps, settings and much more. I really wnjoy the quick response time to navigation and installing apps is a breeze. I highly recomment this TV to anyone wanting a perfect picture and user friendly experience.

Very easy to set up.. No more massive wires in the back of the stand. Setting up the TV was very easy with the app’s. I downloaded the user guide and followed it to complete the setup.

Best picture quality I've ever owned. Fits perfectly in my living room and the ambiance features are amazing! Still exploring all the other features, bells, and whistles. Great buy. Worth every penny

A very vibrant TV with great color. Seems to have no problem keeping up with the action while watching football. Worth the sale price for sure.

Nice tv. Crystal clear. Sound not the greatest but I bought a great sound bar. I love the tv. Actually I bought 2 TVs and the soundbar.

Easy to set up, very good picture, 55" is just the right size.. setting up uverse was a little challenging...added speakers

I like the Samsung TV plus app built in. Im still learning how to use tv with all my apps. Was used to a Google Chromecast which I liked. I find so much free stuff to watch I dont need to pay for any streaming service. The only downfall I watch TV too much.

Upgraded from another Samsung TV and love the new navigation, remote, and how i can define connections from my Yamaha video receiver's other remote devices, with some ability to even control them from the Samsung remote. The picture quality is outstanding and even the sound is great with Dolby Atmos built in to the TV for times when i don't want to use my Yamaha receiver with it's system of speaker including Atmos speakers. Clarity is great, motion is flawless without pixelation, and contrast is great, not sure what not to like about this TV. Sure, there are better TV's, but not at this price point given is was heavily discounted during the holidays.

Samsung has great interface. TV is all around good deal and price. Upscaling older shows is sometimes choppy and doesn't upscale well. Very bright for sunlit rooms. Excellent hardware design. All around everything about this TV is great except for the sometimes poor upscaling and choppy processing on older shows. Excellent and impressive sound quality - sounds like surround sound even without a soundbar or external speakers.

Beautiful picture, no lagging. The remote is a bit weird & takes some getting used to; really wish it had numbers on it ro more easily navigate. But not a big enough issue to deter. Had my past Samsung TV for13yrs, love them!

I've had the TV for about ten days, and I love it. Beautiful picture, easy to use. The Geek Squad delivered and set it up, and they were great at explaining how to navigate it. I thought more programming would be in 4K at this point, but even current shows have a crisp, clear quality. I have experienced some contrast issues on a couple of streaming shows; sometimes it's too dark and difficult to distinguish people from the background, yet in other parts of the same program the picture is fine, which is why I'm reluctant to adjust the settings. I did add a sound bar, which also helps since some programming recorded with older technology is difficult to hear.

Nice TV, although I do not like the remote. There are no buttons on the remote. You cannot scan a menu or channels because this remote does not operate like that. Had I known that Samsung had these types of remotes, I would have purchased a Sony instead. The picture looks nice, great color. Not so great remote.

Very clear and detailed picture. Fairly easy to set up. The remote lacks ease of switching directly to a specific channel. Scrolling through channels can be rapid but would be easier to directly input a channel number.
