Bought this tv to replace my old Samsung 6 series. I have an older Samsung OLED but this tv is so much brighter and just all around awesome tv for the price

The man that helped me was very knowledgeable about the TV I purchased from Best Buy. He seemed genuinuly enthusiastic about his job and he was very patient when explaining details about the TV that I was unfamiliar with.

Great picture, and a good tv. But, the clicker leaves something to desire. We had to buy a new clicker due to the difficulty of using the furnished clicker as older people tend to have difficulty with it as we did. The sound coming out of the back of the tv is a newer concept forcing us to buy a sound bar so that we could hear the tv better.

I showed up early as i was in the area, there was a problem with the order pushing through so they called the department who handles that and had it pushed through and brought out to me within 10 minutes. Made it very easy for me

The color etc is good but Samsung has a problem with voice not matching lips. You need to go in settings and try to adjust it. Had same problem with another Samsung. Sould have stuck with Sony.
We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your QN85D TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2024 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Picture quality was great. No complaints on operation until it died after ONLY 13 months. For $1500 out the door I expect a lot more from Samsung as far as quality goes and reliability. To make matters worse, the warranty is only 12 months from the manufacturer. To me that says they don’t stand behind what they build. All companies should do better than this.
