Very good experience with Geek Squad with the TV setup. They were very professional and very helpful in explanations of the TV capabilities. I am really enjoying the picture quality and brightness. Only problem is voice synchronization with picture and sound. Peoples talking does not match lip movements.

Fantastic TV so far! Beautiful picture and sound is great. The remote is "different" in that it's small with very few buttons but after you get used to it it really nice. I'm still getting used to all the settings but I don't think I'll need to change many. The only downside is the fixed stand so I got one that allows it to swivel, works great.

Such incredible color and sound, the likes of which I could never have dreamed of!! Worth every penny for this viewing experience. This brand makes watching television to a whole new level! I am counting on a lengthy period of durability for this tv as well given its high quality. Only time will tell. That would be the time to write the review!

Enjoying the beautiful colors and clarity of this new tv replacing my old Sony which had fabulous color I thought I couldn’t beat but this tv did it! Easy to use the remote and find everything I need! I used Best Buy’s Tec program for installation which was wonderful as all my other players were connected also.

The colors are truly unique on this television. Watching movies on this television is such a great experience. Oh, did I mention I got this as an open box for less than $700 in mint condition.

This is my first 4K tv. It has the best picture I’ve ever seen (rookie?). Anyway, I love the smart features of the tv and how it connects to everything seamlessly. The ease of use is also a plus. Have to get used to the remote though. I purchased a UHD 4K disc player and the picture is amazing.

In comparison to my last TV, the LGC1 OLED, this TV is bright! The Mini LEDs absolutely help to create richer blacks and I really haven't seen much blooming at all. However, I just can't compare it to the contrast of an OLED. The QN90A is a pretty good TV, a little overpriced, but Mini LED is getting closer to OLED.

I researched this TV for a few weeks before purchasing. When the 55" Samsung NEO QLED (qn90) was first sold in January of 2021 it retailed for almost $2000. By black Friday and Christmas time it was down to $1299, and for that price it was a pretty good deal. 4k upscaling is unbelievable to say the least. I still cannot believe the picture quality!!! In short this is one amazing TV. pair it with a Vizio 5.1 or better surround sound and you have perfection. The NEO QLED cannot burn in on the picture screen, so I would say best of both worlds.. I also think very highly of the LG OLED TV. The Samsung however is more competitively priced and no worries of burn in. Best buy over communicated on delivery, a nice change of pace.. They are very careful to be gentle with your new TV. Samsung packaged these high end TV's with great care. Soo, when you buy yours I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do ours! Happy New Year!

I love this tv and what it brings to the table of quality and performance! NEO-QLED is the future of vision when it comes to TVs. My next gen consoles compliment its specs with fidelity. The blacks are enough to have to go and get an oled and worry about burn in.

This is an excellent bright TV that does wonderful 4K Gaming even in a bright room. Two Caveats prevent it from getting 5 stars: It does not support Dolby Vision. Only one of HDMI ports is HDMI is 2.1. (pretty unforgiveable the other HDMI ports are useless for current gen gaming).

One of the best TV s I’ve ever seen. The brightness level is amazing and the Picture is Vivid even in bright rooms unlike OLED where the real benefits is seen only in dark environments.

I read a bunch of reviews before purchasing. I needed a 55 inch TV to fit in my entertainment center and this one was recommended for picture and brightness (I have an open concept room with lots of windows). I am very happy with my happy selection -- tv picture is outstanding.

Great 4K TV. Great color array. Even the very dark scenes are sharp and enhanced. 4 speakers located at each corner of the TV provide precise sound quality. This TV also enhances the picture quality of the programs not being shown in 4K technology too.

I have a very bright room and no patience with trying to install blackout curtains. The Samsung Qled blazes right back at the 8-foot wide window with intense and accurate color. When the sun goes down, the picture adjusts and is just as satisfying. AND the goodies packed in, like free breaking and current news from CNN, Whoa!

The picture is great and super bright. Love the idea of OLED, but the lack of brightness just does not work for my home. The Samsung software has been pretty good, some minor hiccups but nothing that was too bothersome. Overall very satisfied with the television.

The QN90A does exactly what I need it to do with great picture quality. It does a little latency when changing between applications, the only down side.

This TV is probably the best I'll own for the forseable future. I have a PS5 to go with it and ive had no issues with the TV at all. As a miniLED TV it does have some blooming but nothin you see in normal viewing.

I'm more of an OLED fan myself but for those brighter rooms this TV is incredible. Much brighter than an OLED and has amazing picture quality. Would have liked to see more than one HDMI 2.1 port and Dolby vision support.

I must admit that I was disappointed with the tv the first day. The team from geek squad was outstanding. They were only on site for about 30 minutes and had it and the sound bar up and running. During the setup we noticed a couple of places on the screen that appeared to be defects. Once setup was complete and we were seeing cable tv and the other apps, the problem disappeared. The geek squad team started by placing a protective blanket on the floor before unpacking the tv. The issues during set up were photographed and attached to our account. By morning all the apps had been updated and the overnight updates cleared up any issues that we had seen the day before. The picture is great and all the apps are function as they should. The TV rates five stars and the geek squad rates ten. The young lady's name is Kelsey and I believe that young man was Mat.

Outstanding picture, just not in its default settings. Took a little while to get it right, had to search online for few specific issues, but all were found on the internet and readily fixed. Sound is very good, but I had already invested in a Zvox soundbar to enhance speech, and so I rely on that mostly, although native speakers are pretty excellent. The TV base is small enough to fit on reasonable cabinet, unlike some of the competitors. Remote is solar: runs out frequently as I forget to keep it stored with backside up, and am not set up to keep it charged. Will eventually learn how to store it. But I have both cable and Roku remote able to do most functions, so not a big issue.
