So far so good. Upper tier set with good memory capacity, minimal to no buffering issues as a smart tv, no cable hookup. Intensely bright, needed to be turned back to minimum to be viewable in smaller loft. Excellent picture.

When it comes to tv’s, I’m a Samsung guy. All the tv’s in my house are now Samsung and the neo QLED did not disappoint. It was easy to setup, all the apps work great and the picture quality is amazing. I highly recommend this tv.

This is a crystal clear, feature-packed TV with easy to use controls. The Best Buy price was equal to the lowest price I was able to find after searching the web and local stores. The post sale follow up by Best Buy was also excellent.

We are completely satisfied with the new Samsung 55" TV we purchased for my moms TV room. It is big enough and bright enough for her to watch comfortably and she can even read the guide without having to sit just inches away.

This Samsung TV is amazing, great colors, brightness and clarity. Great to use with apple 4K or native on the apps such as Netflix or Hulu. Sound is also great I often just play music,

The picture is incredible, I am blown away how good it loos in a bright room. Quite amazing! You see so many more details, its like watching your favorite movies for the first time again.

Great monitor - I use this for work and for gaming for the true 120hz refresh rate.

Everything is great about this tv other than it will not allow me to connect to the e-arc with my sony str-dh790 receiver it will recognize it turn it on i can hear the sound then within 5 to 10 seconds it reverts back to the tv speakers, did all the trouble shooting with samsung they set up an appointment with the repair shop. They called me back on moday and said they can not repair cause samsung can not ship them the mainboard to replace the on in the tv. Samsung was supposed to get back to me on what to do next but that was 4 days ago and when i try to update my ticket thru sms it just hangs and does not go thru to them. Very frustrating cause i really want to hear dolby atmos , my receiver connects thru optical and bluetooth speakers , but those options can not support atmos. have been trying to get thru to best buy but when i bring up chat it has me wait for 101 minutes that never seem to go down and then it disconnects.

Beautiful display in all respects. Ease of operation, as well as superior brightness made this purchase an excellent choice. Im very pleased beyond words.

For starters, this TV is Excellent when paired with the Samsung HW-950 Sound Bar that I purchased from BestBuy. The video and sound are simply amazing. However, it appears that connecting the antenna and using an optical audio cable are not simple for this TV. The eGuide was not written by someone who understands what users need. I could not get the optical audio to work and ended up donating an expensive Bose 5.1 system that worked with all my previous TVs to Goodwill and then purchasing the Bose SoundBar. Connecting the antenna was another issue. Once I connected my cable TV, I could not connect an external antenna - I had good reasons for using both. Even the Geek Squad could not figure this out. Ultimately, I found a way to use both Cable and my external antenna. So, I have an excellent TV marred by an unintuitive setup (if you are at all a power user) and a faulty optical audio setup.

Absolutely stunning. I purchased this for picture quality and compatibility with my X box series X. Seamless integration with optional Bluetooth speakers, plenty of HDMI ports and runs 120 fps.

This is a great tv with an amazing picture. I have been looking at oled for a while now but I think the color from this display is superior.

Love it, it replaced a Sony Bravia 50 inch, which was great, but this This is such much better both color and resolution and how easy the setup was and to use.

Great picture and excellent color, but the sound goes out of sync after 25 minutes on the same channel. Tried everything, but cannot prevent this issue from recurring.

Excellent picture and the right size for our small living area. It was very easy to set up. Basically just plugged it in. Also very easy to get to the different sites that we stream.

Top of the line TV. Gets a better picture than the one I had before. QLEDs are a better choice if you are viewing in a room with bright outside light. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I cannot stream my Google Photos as a screen saver anymore and I used to do that all the time.
