Generally speaking we love the TV and it has a great picture. There are a few things to keep in mind when getting this particular TV. 1. The mount for the TV seems to have the TV pointing upward from horizontal about 3 degrees. That may not seem like much but when you have it on a stand at an elevation of about 3 feet, it is a problem. Nothing a VESA TV Stand can't fix, but still, a bit disappointing considering past QLED TV I had did not have this issue. 2. You'll likely need to update the firmware on the TV right off the bat. Out of the box, we kept getting sound pops followed by drop outs every few seconds. This was despite trying different devices and trying out different HDMI cables. Once we flashed the firmware, it solved the problem. Just annoying that the TV shipped with this problem. 3. When viewing movies with dark backgrounds like space movies, or end credits, the credits can be difficult to read if the backlight doesn't illuminate for them, or sometimes it acts erratically there. Not a big, big problem, but still noticeable. All and all I love the TV. I only wished it still had component/composite ports like a couple of our TV's do, and it didn't have the above noted issues.

This TV checks off all of the boxes for a TV that I want. I had and returned a 55" QN80B Samsung TV, from a diferent store, that was just short of what I was expecting out of a LED TV. It just didn't trip my trigger! After reading and viewing more videos on the Web, I decided to bite the bullet and give this one a try. Well let me tell you, this one had the picture quality that I was looking for! I only use an over the air antenna for my reception and the picture quality is bright and vivid as one would expect from a LED TV. Of course, you will have to tweek and adjust the settings to your liking but you will get there! This one is a keeper!!

Replaced an older and lower series Samsung TV with this unit. Did a fair share of "homework" as the cost was tapping the high end of my budget. The reviews weren't wrong, this TV is a monster. The picture quality, boot up time, updates, connectivity, gaming ability...all on point! As with anything new there was a bit of a learning curve, but once we got used to what settings we liked (there are dozens of good sites to help you get it dialed in) it has been a wonderful addition to our entertainment system.

The smart TV features are great!!! The addition of the Samsung channels is most welcome. We noticed less eye strain from watching this screen. The picture is sharp and the color is natural.

So fat a very good tv. Great picture and audio. Only nit picks would be the remote is not too great and that the auto-turn on for my game consoles is a little annoying.

Beautiful quality picture & sound for the price. Always Samsung for the Win!

This TV has a sleek and simple design with a large 55'' screen. The color is well-balanced and accurate. I especially like the refresh rate for watching golf. A required feature was the large central pedestal to fit my corner console. The value of this unit is hard to beat.

This is a beautiful TV with stunning 4K quality. And easy to maneuver the smart channels.

I had a Samsung QLED television before with which I was very happy. However, the Neo QLED is quite a bit better. I noticed the contrast improvement right away. Dark scenes in movies, for example, used to be hard to distinguish. Now they are much clearer. It is just as bright, but with darker blacks and greater contrast. The sound is also very good, although I am using a Samsung sound bar for even better sound. I recommend this set or any Neo QLED to anyone who is looking for a top end viewing experience.

Set up was easy, Pedastal was an easy install, plugged in and everything went great. Added apps and it was ready to go. The picture quality is great.

Over a year of having this TV, it's still working great. I have other Samsung 4K TVs but you can Tell the difference, it's just one notch better quality, and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Beautiful television great color picture and upscaling

It's new, may time to get use to. +'s installation 10, picture 9, OS7 -'s small remote-no backlighting, very small buttons, slippery, easy to misplace, some channels installed, but not on status line?? Roku premium much easier to manage. Value 8.5

I have a problem with syncing the sound. Could be Xfinity. The sound bar is wonderful. The sound ids very clear. Also, the definition is perfect. The people almost jump off the screen. The last TV we had was one of the first smart TVs and you had to program everything. Everything with this new one comes in automatically. We are very satisfied with the TV and the people who did everything for us from Best Buy. They explained everything very well.

Excellent tv. Beautiful color. 55" is perfect for my viewing area. Suggested this tv to a friend and she bought one too.
