I LOVE my tv! Remote charges with sun light or indoor light, response speed is awesome and I can have all my apps (plex, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc.) super easy. It also connects to my echo dot and makes it an even better experience. Image quality is also great.

Great picture and easy to set up. Fits well in the viewing area.

+ Picture looks great after a couple days of tuning. Dark and light room compatible. Decent stand construction, no wobble. Very thin bevel and back. Fairly easy navigation and Ui. - Issues with firmware have plagued this TV. It's in a decent place now, but buyer beware on future updates. Odd software and setting choices, that don't seem user intuitive. The TV picture aettings do not stay locked in when you move from one setting to another. The remote is terrible, both in sensitivity and functionality.

I did some research and found this TV to be recommended. The controls are easy to use. I had it attached to a Sonos sound bar that I already owned. It has excellent picture quality and the sound is great. The sleek design fits well in my small space. I'm still getting to know all of its features, i.e., internet search. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I bought this tv for its rated hdr brightness and impressive local dimming control. There is barely noticeable blooming especially scenes that matter in movies or in video games. I have the 55" version of this tv and use it for watching movies, playing video games on my xbox series x and my gaming pc since it supports gsync for my pc and has 120 hz refresh rate. My gaming pc has a 3080ti so pairs well with this tv.

Amazing picture quality and easy to use out of the box. Glad I got the last one although I had to drive 30 minutes to get it. :)

Excellent TV, responsive, easy to customize with an excellent picture!

This display is fantastic! It replaced a seldom used 47" Vizio circa ~2006 in our living room (long overdue). No sense comparing to that but we do have a 2014 Samsung 4K 3D TV in the family room, This thing blows it away, not even close! Did my research, NeoQLED (mini LED) combined with a VA/FALD panel for the win!

Bright picture and higher refresh rate was why I purchased

Coming from OLED (which I had to get rid of after 5 years due to color distortion and burn-in) to QLED has been amazing! Brightness and color saturation are better (especially in our room which has a lot of windows and light), and I don't feel I have given up anything in terms of clarity. The sound is OK but is improved with the addition of a SONOS soundbar. Bottom line - I would definitely recommend.

Picture is gorgeous on this and our previous TV was a plasma so was afraid I wasn’t going to like it as well - I like the picture better. Only complaint I have is the sound. Not the best and plugged into my Bose sound bar gives a good deal of audio lag. I’ve adjusted in TV settings menu but can’t get rid of the lag. Otherwise, this TV is top notch! Have had about a month.

Excellent picture. Many features that make it easy to use.

Bought this TV four days ago, setup went well, the picture is terrific and the sound with the S50B Samsung sound bar is very good. The smart features went bad within two days, the Samsung Plus app froze up and prevented the live TV guide from opening. Just like my old Vizio, these TVs are really not so smart. I reset the TV, and set it up without the internet hookup and am using an Apple TV 4K for my streaming, love the result, sorry Samsung.

Excellent picture and sound easy to navigate the options

I did a lot of research on this set. However, your sales professionals were still very helpful and instructive. The installation was perfect, including synchronizing the sound system. I was anticipating a good outcome but the results were even better than I expected. I recommended BestBuy and the set to a friend who also bought one.

Great buy very nice tv super bright very nice picture

I spend quite a bit in time in my garage shop and I wanted a good TV that I could see from every part of the room and that I could hear it actually made my garage shop into a room that I spend most of my time in now the sound is great the picture is fantastic my wife is jealous and now wants me to replace the TV we have in our bedroom with something similar

Bright picture and great tv speakers. No sound at random when cable turned on. Restored by switching to cable from streaming or unplugging power, then restarting. Price match reduction finally honored by returning to store, but beware of Call-in Center. They twice agreed to credit, twice failed to issue credit, and stated on my account that they denied credit "after explaining to me price match unavailable because tv was already discounted". Not only is this a lie. it also contradicts the definition of Price Match.

Excellent picture, just not very intuitive on operating
