I got a major deal on an open box, the tv had no damage. Has worked perfectly, and has great picture quality. The channels on samsung tv plus are a nice add on to my streaming services and saved me money by not having to pay for cable.

Clarity and color are great. Reflections are minimal from both artificial and natural lighting. Will probably replace my 65" primary TV with same make and model soon.

Overall it is great TV when viewed in dark or bright lighting. I already own another OLED TV. I was surprised on QLED image quality in comparison to OLED TV.

This is a great TV. Picture is great, and it has lots of useful options (easy to hook up AirPods and to switch back and forth). It's intuitive to use it and the remote.

Excellent TV, especially for sunny or brightly lit rooms. Picture is crisp and clear, the color has perfect saturation, and the sound is fine. The tiny remote took some getting used to but no complaints. I love it!

Amazing tv cant go wrong when its on sale has everything youd want in a tv in 2024 pair with a soundbar for the q symphony and youll be impressed by how awesome it sounds

Fantastic picture, and has the ATSC 3.0 turner, which they have finally started broadcasting here. What a difference. Also had them install a sound bar.

This thing is awesome, been a while since purchasing a TV, it automatically labels the devices you connect to it(HDMI) Truly a smart TV. Picture quality is great.

The picture is awesome. The remote control is very easy to navigate. The only problem I have is password for internet. It kept disconnects from the internet. I have to enter the password manually often. It is very frustrating.

Nice picture when viewing a 4k disc or stream. Older material that has been digitized will sometimes be good and sometimes not. That is more to do with the product than the tv. Overall I am happy but the lack of a booklet for instructions makes finding answers a pain sometimes.

When one of our two identical 2018 55” Samsung Q80s display failed, We was in a panic. We have looked at TVs for a few years and noted that the build and quality was never quite what the Q80s were in 2018. However, the deal for this TV during the 4th of July sales was unbeatable. Although this is a 2023 model and reviews online are mixed, we decided to take our chances for only $899, and add the 5 year geek squad protection! Such a good deal, we ended up buying two. No complaints so far. Hope they last longer than the 2018 Q80 we just had fail.
