The quality on this tv is 10/10 for a bedroom tv or any other setting to put it in. Everything about this tv is perfect, app for the remote works, easy to setup, and is a perfect budget tv for the price.

I am pleased with this mini-LED TV purchase. The picture is sharp and bright as expected and there are plenty of adjustments for picture quality. I picked Dynamic Pic mode and then made picture adjustments to bring faces down to normal color and brightness and am happy with the end result. The sound quality from the TV speakers seems very good to me for general purpose use. I used the Optical digital output on the Samsung TV to connect to a Yamaha stereo receiver for shows or movies with music and that works great. I had a much smaller Samsung Smart TV but it was hard to read the small closed captions and this new 55 inch TV solves that problem. I used black zip ties around the center stand to keep all wires running down the center stand so that they do not hand down from the TV and look sloppy. I would not have minded a little larger Remote because it is so small it hides too easy. The Menu takes a while to understand just because it has so much content.

Couldn't be more pleased! This is exactly what I was looking for and the color, sound, ease of use, etc. is perfect. Was replacing another 55" Samsung that had been damaged in a storm and this newer upgrade was just what I wanted.

This is an excellent TV with better sound than any I've had. It took me some work to get the colors adjusted correctly. I'm not a fan of the vivid colors that stores and many people like. I'm more for natural colors and especially the flesh tones. After a number of adjustments I can say the colors are true and flesh tones are very accurate. No further tinkering is needed. Works well with my WIFI. Just wish the remote lettering was brighter to see better in a dimly lit room. I wanted a second remote so my wife could adjust the sound and channels and I could do the streaming searches. Because the supplied remote is bluetooth, only one remote will work. But I discovered that the TV also will work with an infrared remote independent of the bluetooth one. Samsung does not provide an IR remote but I found one on Amazon for $9. The pairing took about 10 seconds and we now have dueling remotes. Very Happy with the purchase and Best Buy.

My previous Samsung 4K lasted only 3 years. I was disappointed by that but I've had several Samsungs and like the brand so I purchased this one. I'm very happy with it and all it can do, so far. Hopefully, I'll get more life out of it than the last one. However 19 days after I purchased it I got a notification that the price had dropped another $100 from what I paid. After chatting with a live agent (and ultimately getting cut off by a 'technical difficulty') I was advised that because it was after the 15 day price match window and even though I had a member ID, I was told I was not eligible for this additional discount because my member ID was just a normal membership and not the Plus or Total membership which allowed a 60 day window. I was very disappointed with that policy and that I missed a $100 savings by four days.

Excellent quality picture! Easy to set up! Such an improvement over our last TV. The sound is so much better, though we still use our sound bar. The picture is so clear and vibrant! So far, this has been a great buy!

My previous Samsung tv lasted me 14+ years, but when i got a PS5 I decided to get a 4k tv and figured I would just get something cheap so i got a visio and it was ok but only lasted about a year before it started having problems. So i decided I'd go back to Samsung and grabbed this beautiful work of art on sale a few weeks ago. This tv was such a massive upgrade from my previous 2 tvs that its still shocking when i see it. This tv has been a game changer for playing games. My PC benchmark is in the highest percentile for every category, and now I've been neglecting my PC to play PS5 on this tv because its improved the graphics so much. I love this tv so much!

Great picture, and easy setup. The associate thathelped me told me that the "QLED" models were better for areas that had a lot of sun light. These models were better for reducing glare.

The picture is beyond amazing! Very easy to set up. If you’ve never had a Samsung TV and don’t have a streaming device, you’ll have to set up an account which is free. All you’ll need is an internet connection and you can use the built in Samsung plus tv service.

Samsung’s latest. Great smart tv and in my opinion Samsung has always had me in the tv market. Just be careful with carrying it after assembly because the shift in weight can throw it off balance from the stand.

Living up to expectations. Bought as non-primary tv for kitchen use, where it can get very bright. Was highly recommended by BB sales personnel, as well as several review sites. Decided on model in December, but waited to compare to newer unit; did not feel later model worth the additional expenditure. Then decided that 55 inch model would work. Wife extremely pleased; she’s primary viewer. Excellent BB support through purchasing process. Samsung support also helped. Not too technically savvy but accepting experts opinions. Purchasing Samsung was a change from Sony for us, but brightness and anti glare features took priority. Just ordered Samsung sound bar for dual use: with tv in cooler months and for portable tv setup during nicer weather.

Excellent picture, takes a while to select comfortable brightness, not a fan of the remote, Samsung tech support stated my ZVOX sound bar not compatible with having a single remote. This was solved by ZVOX tech. Very good price vs. equivalent tvs. Overall recommend this TV.

Great unit for the family and living space. The 120hz refresh rate is amazing when gaming and the superior image quality really sets it apart.

I caught the Samsung - 55" Class QN90C Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV on sale at Best Buy about 2 weeks ago & I have no regrets. The TV produces deep blacks, even when the brightness is turned up as high as it could be (I keep it at 40). I would suggest turning the contrast level down (to 40) to see better details. If the contrast is to high, details are faded. Set to low & it could be blurry. As a hockey fan, you see the difference on the ice. Sound quality from the speakers could be stronger. I find that I have to raise the volume higher when compared to my old Samsung. Other than that, its a beautiful set.

This tv is actually the best one I’ve had in a long time colors are bright darks are darker sound is great and an easy to use remote control.

Overall, this is a brighter display with more range of color and depth of black levels than our old Samsung 55 inch TV. It WAS however rather difficult to achieve a satisfying picture. Much tweaking was required including disabling the feature whereby the TV senses the rooms ambient light and lowers the brightness during the darker evening hours. Watching some of the night-time scenes from Shogun for example we could barely make out the scene content until this ambient light feature was disabled and some other settings under "picture" were adjusted. And the ambient light feature on-off setting was not under "picture" settings but instead was buried under the "general" menu item. The other complaint I would voice was with the Tizen OS instead of Android, I can't install and run KODI which I like for playback of personal video files such as home movies in .mkv files on a USB drive or stick. Instead, an external "TV Streaming" box like the Nvidia Shield TV is still required if KODI is to be an option.

Beautiful TV . Picture quality is awesome. Specially black color. Also audio is great. For my living room didn't need sound bar. Great sale on Memorial weekend
