Very clear and detailed picture but it's almost too bright. This might just be the factory installed setting, which can be altered. For example, when i am in the another room and this TV is turned on, it actually helps illuminate the non-TV room. It is that bright! Sound quality is good without a sound bar but note it isn't used for gaming. Wondering if I should have gone with an OLED Samsung instead for a darker screen. But not unhappy with it.

We love this TV. Our 18-year-old Samsung plasma TV still had the same picture as when we bought it; however after seeing the Neo QLED in the store we decided to purchase. This TV has an amazing picture. No complaints.

Our 55" Samsung TV that had lasted a very long time stopped functioning. We loved that TV and set out to purchase another 55" Samsung TV. We LOVE our new TV even more! It has a great picture and has updated functions. We had to get used to our new remote, but it works really well.

We really like the TV although it has only been a week and a half that we've had it. Disappointed that I had to BUY a charging cable for the TV's SolarCell remote control. It seems like a small cost for the amount of $$$$ that we paid for the TV. Our Sales Associate Alan did a GREAT job explaining the features of the TV and helping us with our purchase!

Seems to be a wise choice for TV's. Easy to install, easy to manipulate and great color. So far the workhorse of the house!! The sound is not too bad but I had a sound bar to integrate with the TV and they work very well together.

This is a great TV but the remote is underwhelming. There are no numeric buttons on the remote. I have to scroll thru the channels to get to the one I want rather than press the channel numbers to change! The image is crystal clear at 120 refresh rate so there's no film like quality left on screen. I am still getting used to it.

I love this TV and am glad I bought it. The color is outstanding. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy a great TV at a good price.
