The picture is excellent and looks surprisingly good off-angle for an LCD though not as good as the OLED. The picture is certainly bright. My only complaint is the time it takes to turn on.

The sound is also good, even though I am not using a sound bar, which I know would make the sound even better. This is my first smart TV, so I am still getting used to it, but I am very pleased with my purchase.

Picture clarity and life like colors are fantastic. This Samsung was well worth the price. Definitely quality and value.

Has worked perfectly, and has great picture quality. The channels on samsung tv plus are a nice add on to my streaming services and saved me money by not having to pay for cable.

The only problem I have is password for internet. It kept disconnects from the internet. I have to enter the password manually often. It is very frustrating.

We appreciate your feedback on connectivity, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QN90C TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you're still having issues, you may also want to go through these steps to check your connection:
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
