Great TV with adequate brightness for a brightly illuminated room. Ease of use with the Tizen operating system to switch between different sources of program material.

I think whatever was committed was delivered by the Best Buy, I like the TV and most importantly it was suggested by one of the salesmen from BB. I like the picture quality, sound quality, and overall exp. was one of the best I have ever had.

It was a beautiful tv for two years. The picture went rapidly downhill after two years and then only several months after my two year protection plan expired, the tv went kaput!

The Samsung QN95B Neo QLED 4K Smart tv is the premier tv in my experience. The picture quality is nearly unbelievable in color saturation, clarity and brightness. I am highly satisfied with my second purchase of a QN95B this year!

TV has a great picture. Loaded with features, Takes some time to get used to menu’s. Nice to have Alexa, Can custom size picture for movies that are wide screen.

I chose this tv over the s95b for the brightness and it didnt dissapoint. This thing is super bright. Colors are rich and bright. Great tv so far.

I received this tv a few days ago and I've been loving it so far, even my son uses it to play on his Xbox and we’ve all been watching movies in the best resolutions possible.

I'm let down by the audio quality, but the picture quality and resolution are outstanding. The One Connect setup differs from The Frame, though they didn't clarify this. The advertised images show the speakers located on the lower-back of the TV. They assured me that even if I wall-mount it, this wouldn't affect the sound quality. I remained skeptical and considered the LG G2 edition, which had me intrigued due to its sound quality and the One Connect feature. In the end, I chose this over the LG, even though it was pricier. After wall-mounting it, I've been using it for a few days now and have two main issues: (i) I'm really let down by the sound quality; I need to crank up the volume significantly to hear standard audio. (ii) The "One Connect" that was a selling point for me isn't the same as the "One Connect" used on The Frame; it's a thicker, silver wire, and this wasn't made clear during the purchase. Overall, I'm disappointed with the sound quality given the premium price of this flagship product. I might have to invest in a soundbar or surround sound system, and I hope Samsung can provide some sort of discount to help with this.

Picture quality is fantastic, the overall experience is just awesome.
