So far I am very pleased with this TV. The picture is very close to an OLED screen. The blacks are true blacks without crushing. The nit brightness surpasses any OLED screen!

Phenomenal Service! Excellent Buy! I looked up and was ablevto get an high end 4k tv as an open box item. Chuy the tech expert & Patrick were very knowledgeable about the product as well as the accessories. Explained the Totaltech benefits to me and added that since investing in entertainment rather than purchasing entertainment.

I love this tv! It has great image quality, especially in terms of its ability to get bright in a bright room. And because I'm a gamer, i appreciate that all 4 hdmi puts are 2.1 certified, including all features in the hdmi spec.

If I could give this no stars I would. Purchased TV in March and already not working. The screen goes black and cant get picture back. Waiting for Samsung to schedule repair person to check it out. So frustrating.

After 1 year the tv stopped turning on. It is now outside of warranty so Bestbuy and Samsung will not repair or replace it. This is a defective tv and Bad Business practice.

I don’t know if my model is defective, or if the software on this TV is just bad. It suffers from constant flickering, even when lighting conditions are stable, and whether the “Intelligent” and power-saving features are turned on or off.
Also when the Intelligent feature is on, it seems too bright sometimes. And when off, it’s too dark.
While the picture quality itself is good, the flickering just kind of ruins everything and becomes really distracting when trying to actually use the TV. It’s certainly not what you’d expect from a TV at this price point.

If your QN95B TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. The ECO sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for steady brightness setting.
You can adjust Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving.
You can also go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually adjust contrast.
Please also make sure your TV has the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
