    love the SOUND. pic on Samsung just as good. The Sony apps don’t really work for me because I have Comcast and I like to stream it so I had to buy a fire stick. We should’ve just stuck with the Samsung. But no regrets.

    I purchased a QLED 55" tv for my bedroom. My other tv had lost its sound quality and this one has been perfect. The picture is clear, the sound is great and I'm so happy I purchased this!

    Upgraded from a regular LED and the increase in quality is insane. Started replaying my ps5 games to enjoy them again on this screen. The sound is a little quiet and uneven at times, but thats tv speakers for ya.

    A wonderful TV. Great resolution. Fantastic color. The remote is different but functional. No number keys but the cable remote handles that function. Easy access to streaming services. Last Samsung lasted 14 years. Hope to get the same from this one.

    Picture quality is amazing. The only problem i had was that i did not know that the remote did not have easily understood features. No number buttons for your channels for instance. We arranged for a universal remote separately.

    Overall, a very nice TV. The remote is very small, and the sound, especially during sporting events, goes up and down. I tried to adjust it, and it seems a bit better. We got a sound bar to help as well.
