So far I like it. Good picture quality. Nice to finally have Netflix available from the same screen as broadcast stations. So far I am still having to use two different remotes to control the TV AND my TiVO. Hope I get that solved soon. Another thing I haven't figured out is how to make it remember the preferred sound output device.

My husband & I are amazed at the picture quality of this TV. Other than the sales lady not explaining the conditions of the delivery process, which your customer service straightened out immediately, I had a pleasant experience.

Wow, what a picture. It blew me away with extraordinary color, sound, and clear imagery. I did not know before what I was missing. Samsung products, in my experience, have always been reliable and extraordinary. This new OLED line is just another example of quality products.

I love the detail and depth of the picture on this tv. It looks almost 3D. I love rewatching shows and seeing the details I’d missed before because the tv I replaced was over 10 years old.

Beautiful picture with a lot of apps. It takes some experience to go from a VCR to the TV mode as the remote will not also run that app. Play with it until you're comfotable.

Our old TV was probably about 15 years old. Serviceable, but this new technology is mind-blowing. The colors are so vibrant and the clarity is amazing - even on just regular TV shows. It was time for the upgrade!

The picture quality is very good and Even though i bough it open box everything came with it and i had no problems putting it together, only issue is the box could have been taped together beyter

Perfect answer for our tricky space with a huge amount of light from the outside; the picture is crystal clear and the system set up by the Geek Squad is awesome!

Picture is great! - Sound does not match with lips on the screen. It’s annoying but tolerable. Bought sound bar to be able to get the volume to a satisfactory level. (TV mounted in cabinet which absorbed the sound.)

This is a great TV with great picture. I’m still learning the controls, and it’s frustrating that the sound and picture disappear when you go to reset the settings. But it’s a very nice addition.

Vibrant colors and picture. Fast moving action movies refresh beautifully. The four speakers are a plus and I have not needed an additional speaker in my cozy TV area.

I mean, you def wouldn’t be disappointed with this, looks good, good features but I ended up returning it once the Sony A95L came out, don’t mind spending money, get that one

I bought this TV after watching several video reviews. I love the picture, streaming shows looks great. If you plan on playing video games, do not buy this TV. There is a known problem with the connect one box. When you are playing, it will randomly turn off your console in the middle of a game. I could live with this problem if it was only once in a while but it happens a couple times a day. I had to return it.

This TV has a stunning picture. I purchased it to replace an older Samsung model that was installed with an in-wall hidden wiring connection. When this TV was installed I was informed that the One connect cable was not rated for in-wall installation. The properly rated cable (VG-SOCR86U/ZA) costs $200+ and is not available from Samsung or any other vendors. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this before my purchase.
