    This tv is fairly expensive and there is nothing special about it. When I bought it at the store, I was not told that it needed to have the One Connect ( a device the size of a small laptop) installed behind the tv. The guys from Geek Squad had to velcro the device to the wall. I pray that it holds because if it falls it will break a number of things on the way down. Also, regularly the picture freezes or the sound goes off. I am guessing the One Connect loses the signal when this happens. This tv replaced another Samsung tv that I had for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the led lights started to fail and it had to be replaced.

      We appreciate your review of Samsung's S95D. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      Please also check the One Connect cable for damage and solid connection. Disconnect and firmly reconnect the One Connect cable at both ends.
      Note: If the One Connect cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, or has a heavy object on top of it, it can cause an issue. The cable needs to be replaced if damaged.

    Best Picture I have ever seen on a TV set. Software that drives the applications makes using wifi, cable box, blue ray player easy and seamless. Pricey, but worth it.
