TV Died After 6 Days of Use

Was able to use this TV for 6 days and then it died. The screen went black and I could not restore power to the TV.
Thankfully Best Buy will exchange for one that works (I hope)!

Amazing TV

It is definitely a smart TV. Once you get it set up the way you want it’s seamless. Setting up may take a bit of time to navigate through. The picture is so crystal clear I had to get use to it. The speakers are located in the back of the TV. I wasn’t crazy about the sound but putting the Bose sound bar with it definitely makes a difference. Thumbs up.!

Tv optics gorgeous!!! Just wish they didn’t have that box attached at the bottom, it would look sleeker and more polished if it was all built in. But the tv optics are phenomenal cut above.

I have always bought Samsung TV's from Best Buy. I let the associate talk me into a Sony this time/ Worst mistake I ever made, Lasted 5 years and literally blew up. New Samsung is spectacular. Easy to operate. Fire TV option the best

Excellent no glare image. Easy to use remote. I would advise people to be aware that this is a monitor that comes with a control box. The control box on the 55" does not mount to the back of the monitor and must be mounted separately.

Hard to review what you don't have. But since I did the research, I can only assume this product would have been what I needed. This location was unable to fulfill their obligation.
