This was a perfect tv for our room. My wife loves the look of it. It lays exactly like a picture frame would on the wall and has great picture quality.

Just had my Frame TV installed yesterday. Easy to set up and love the look and features. Already had a few comments on the “wall art” as they didn’t realize it was a TV. Love the auto on/off features.

I fear Samsung quakity control is an issue and I'm not sure The Frame is worth the price. When the first Frame was turned on it was evident that there was a major issue with the display. The replacement had an issue with the control box. None of the HDI ports lined up to their openings. We simply swapped the box from one to the new one, but that was a major issue with two TVs. Picture quality is good, but there are better TVs for the price. It seems that Samsung is asking a very high premium for the "art" novelty of this set.

Beautiful Picture, better than expected built in sound quality. My family finds it very easy to navigate through all the user interface/streaming services apps and especially the added "ART" mode with all the art choices. The huge plus for us is,,, finally this "The Frame" TV will connect & mirror to the screen on our Samsung Refrigerator which would not work with 4 past tv models/updates until now. Yet a small thing, it make us very happy! Side note Samsung TV Plus is used more than expected in our household (our 2nd tv with it now) and a requirement going forward.

The Frame TV is awesome! It is such a creative way to decorate above your fireplace with a great piece of art, but also a TV when seating at that room.

easy to install. we did not use the factory mount. We bought a more sturdy one. We really enjoy the pictures- it was the reason we bought this model.

Excellent TV for what it is. Not the best picture quality for the price. What sold me was the one wire connection. Art mode is awesome you could easily mistake this for a painting. the matte display is great as well.

Found an open box for a great deal, almost half off. Great picture quality and I dont see an issue with the sound as others have mentioned.

Great product. The only issue I have is with your telephonic customer service. Whit it went on sale your customer service center refused to adjust the price over ht phone (It was within 2 weeks of purchase and in any event, I have $50 Best Buy Membership which meant I had more time to get a price adjustment). I had to physical return the tv ( still in the box luckily) and buy a new one. It was "flash sale" so only lasted a few hours and it was pouring rain. People at store were nice.

Samsung Frame TV is really very unique. Terrific TV - crisp bright picture in a room with a lot of natural light. The frame and available artwork makes it a beautiful framed picture. Really happy with the purchase!

The tv picture is vibrant. I did not give five stars because the picture/painting will not stay on for more that five minutes.

Be aware of the One Connect Box and its cable set up if you need to keep the wall flushed. The alternative in-wall cable is no longer available unfortunately at the moment. Otherwise, it's a great TV overall.
