    If you plan to wall mount, you will need to schedule a professional to install the frame TV. If you need someone please ask staff. Wall mounting this TV is different than other TV’s. It is heavy. Otherwise The Frame made by Samsung will change the atmosphere of the room you’re in. Watching TV or displaying art, you will be amazed especially when wall mounted.

    The tv and quality are great. For the price I’d expect a little more with technical things. The remote sometimes doesn’t work. I’ll press the volume up button once and then it climbs to full blast. Sometimes I press it once and it doesn’t work. Sometimes it works just fine. It comes with Samsung tv which is a plus but with the remote malfunctioning it may take a while to get to a show. Overall I would buy this tv again but only for a lower price. I wouldn’t pay retail for it.

      Fussssioooon,

      I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds.

      After performing the reset, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.

      If the remote is still not working:
      1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
      2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
      3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
      4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    I mainly purchased the TV for the art and design which are amazing. Picture quality it what I expected great color and upscaling, good blacks and motion. The anti glare is incredible, nothing comes close to this imo. I am so disappointed in Tizen - the smart hub used to be a key selling point. Very easy to use very clean. Now it’s just as bad as Google tv, stuff crammed in with advertising all over the place. Slow and sluggish response with bloatware that you cannot uninstall. I’d suggest an Apple TV tbh - Samsung, you had a winning formula and you have successfully destroyed it.
