All accessories were included. The definition of Fair compared to good or excellent appears to mean that the plastic film around the bezel has been removed. Due to this, the unit was 66% off of regular price!!

We needed to hang this above a fireplace and didn’t have the best plug situation for hiding wires. With one thin clear wire that you can barely see this was perfect for our space. The room is also very sunny so the anti glare in the tv is very helpful. Super thin television so it really does give the appearance of a hanging picture.

Picture quality it what I expected great color and upscaling, good blacks and motion. The anti glare is incredible, nothing comes close to this imo. I am so disappointed in Tizen - the smart hub used to be a key selling point. Very easy to use very clean. Now it’s just as bad as Google tv, stuff crammed in with advertising all over the place. Slow and sluggish response with bloatware that you cannot uninstall. I’d suggest an Apple TV tbh - Samsung, you had a winning formula and you have successfully destroyed it.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

I charged it, and nothing. Very spotty. I had to use the remote from other Samsung tele which was ok, but when I put the actual frame on, it hid the sensor and now doesn’t work unless I’m directly underneath it.

I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote still will not pair:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
