I have had my eyes on the frame tv for years and finally pulled the trigger. The picture is great, the sound is great, and the art feature is obviously the star of the show. We didn’t install it ourself, so I can’t speak to that. However, the set up was incredibly easy and user friendly. I would say the biggest downfall is it does not come with the “frame” and they are pricey and always seem to be out of stock. Other than that, 11/10.

Good quality image, voice control, thin almost invisible wire from TV to box, Art. I didn’t purchased Art subscription but there are some free which I like one of them dynamic screen saver with beautiful picture which shows weather also. I was surprised when it is started raining on that picture it was snowing on a picture today. Snow very real falling down. And many other things I like about this TV

Tv has been great! But is a bit pricey, but being an industry exclusive and rhe matte finish works well. Once up it would look a lot better with a frame, but once again. Price point is steep. As a tv it does well and has a veey nice interface. Have a suite of samsung appliances in the house and it works well with them all to announce when washer is finished running while watching, and streaming etc. would love to buy another for guest room one day.

This TV looks great and the interface is well done. This is my 3rd experience with Samsung Smart TV and it does not disappoint. I do have two minor issues with Samsung however, one being the seeming impossibly of obtaining a One Connect media box. Because my contractor lost one I had force them to buy another TV after months of trying to obtain another from Samsung. You can’t buy one and it’s hard to even establish the exact model number of the box. It doesn’t give me hope in having a good costumer service experience if there are any other issues. Second issues is the limited ability to add your own images to Art mode. These electronic companies act as though you need to all matching brand’s products in order access the full functional capabilities of a product. It really turns me off as a consumer and makes me want to find a brand/ product that is not designed to empty my pockets in order to use it.

Love this product. Great picture quality and absolutely love that is turns into an art piece the moment you turn the TV off!

Purchased the samsung frame tv with the additional picture frame. Picture and sound are excellent. Remote is small and flimsy. You need to long press the on button to turn on media menu of tv. Short press for art display. This function is a little glitchy and may be an issue down the road

This TV is my favorite so far. I had seen it before at a friend's house and always wanted to buy it. After doing it I don't regret it. It has a fairly reasonable size and it works perfectly for my room. Definitely, the option to show pictures is great. Several people have been surprised by how real it looks in frame mode. I love that and the possibility of adding images that one wants is a plus that I appreciate a lot.

The Samsung frame Tv is Great for what it's meant to be used for. it's meant to fit your decor while you have a functional tv when needed. im 100% OLED for a home theater room but the frame is the perfect fit when you need to add to another room such as your kitchen to provide entertainment and look great with your kitchen decor. The image quality is no where near say OLED SONY TV but it does have a great 4k picture that's still nice just not as rich and punchy contrast. once again this tv does exceed in its flush mount design and the art mode actually looks like a picture, so with the frame you get the best of both while you sacrifice image quality but hey you can't have it all so for the price of this tv go with a QD OLED if you have no intention in making this blend to your decor.

Really high quality tv, the picture is better than average, the built in speakers are loud. You can use the picture albums available or even purchase more on the Samsung site. You can also upload your own photos as well. Pretty pricy compared to most tv's but I think it is worth it. I suggest to buy it on black Friday weekend I saved $500.00

Love our frame TV! We have gotten a ton of compliments. Also my husband can’t stop discussing the paintings we rotate on it. Great picture! Added bonus, my son found the Xbox feature and is playing games on it.

Absolutely stunning,, when you buy a TV like this, you're buying it for the art,, love it,, save yourself the headache and have the bestbuy professionals install it, you'll be glad you did, install was done in less then 20 mins

Enjoying the frame TV. Subscribed to a year of art work and bought a nice wood frame. Looks great! The matte finish of the screen eliminates reflections and allows for viewing from all angles.

Incredible picture quality, great sound and easy setup

This is the 2nd Frame TV I have purchased and the improvements on this one with the matte look screen are really good. Picture quality is good - not up there with the best but you compromising here because of the overall look of the Frame TV, but it transformed our living space and we are very pleased!

So my wife’s been wanting one of the Samsung framed tvs for a couple years now and I finally got her one when I found a great deal at Best Buy. It looks great and is super easy to use. We love it!

Unreal picture. This has to be one of the best TVs out there. Some of the art work looks so real. You can see the brush strokes.

Love this tv! It was easy to set up and mount myself. It looks wonderful people think it’s a picture most of the time until I turn on the TV part.

This is my favorite TV of all time! Considering replacing all of my televisions with The Frame.
