Bought open box for quite a deal. Had a humming noise and found it was the fiber optic cable. Works great and love the pics

Greeted immediately by knowledgeable staff. Got a little tv education for modern tvs and an AMAZING DEAL by becoming a BESTBUY MEMBER. Ditch the online deals. We got bigger and better and less expensive and got it that same day.

This is a 5 star-worthy product with one very big exception... There's an existing bug that Samsung has yet to fix -- the frame intermittently turns on by itself in TV mode at random hours (i.e. 3am) and the news is on with loud sound waking up the entire house. Don't believe me, google it. So many people are complaining about it and yet Samsung can't fix a seemingly straightforward issue. If you can ignore that ridiculous bug, this product is pretty amazing! Paintings look like an actual painting!!!! You will discover for yourself how impactful artwork is, in a room--it can totally change the mood. Such an amazing product, sans the bug.

I want to give this thing five stars. And in most ways it is. But where it fall short is the menuing system in settings. It’s very difficult and not intuitive to modify the settings or even explore and find them all especially if you’re interested in tweaking the art mode.

This TV is awesome and having Bestbuy install it was even better. We have talked about getting a Samsung Frame for a while and I wish we had done it sooner. About to purchase a 65” Frame. Note: Make sure look at Deco aftermarket Frames, they fit perfectly.

I am very glad that i made such a purchase it is a very pleasant stay with the tv ,,,,beautiful colors are easy and affordable to connect and everything, just turn it on and enjoy !!!

This tv sits above my fireplace. The matte finish picture is not great. But i assume this tv is just for the look or a 'picture frame' unless there is a setting I am unaeare of that enhances the picture quality.

Brought the tv for my apartment and it’s as awesome as expected. Its software requires a little bit of learning but it’s worth it. Having a universal remote for all my inputs is great.

Perhaps I just got a lemon of a TV but I deeply regret purchasing this device and will likely be returning it. It looks sleek and all but this is where good things end. It came with no user manual and rudemental picture based instruction with no words. It took an hour to figure out how to turn the freaking thing on - the power button is well hidden in the back right corner. Its "smart" remote makes me want to smash it against the wall. Its not a normal remote, it is bluetooth based. It pairs with the TV, works for less than a minute, than loses the connection - to the best I can surmise - and stops working. It also does not take batteries and needs to be charged like a phone. The charging cable was not included in the package. In sum, this TV is extremely over-thought, over-engineered piece of gargabe that will make you struggle with basic operations such as turning it on, making the remote work etc. Heck, even such simple thing like turning the volume up or down took 5 min to figure out (you press a button down and then up or down like a joystick... no instructions).

Love the everything about this TV. The mounting bracket was very easy to install with the detailed instructions and the tv fits beautifully against the wall for a very clean look.

Perfect piece for our living room. Really wanted something that would add to the aesthetics of the room. The Frame fits the bill! Some guests doesn’t even realize it’s a TV. We have lots of natural light but the screen is still bright and very visible.

Nice matte display and overall hardware for mounting. Subscription for full collection of artwork is worth it.

Good tv, the help you get with the extended warranty is beyond dreadful. Geek squad and online support are beyond useless.

This is the most fickle device I have had in 20 years. I have a ton of Samsung tvs too. Works one day and not the next. I am not sure if they did an update but now can only watch Samsung tv….apps are there but none will load. Worst of all is it will not turn off at all.

Outstanding picture. Wonderful art displays to choose from when TV is off. Very lightweight and offers several different color frames. Bought a second one for my office.

We recently moved and retired our 12 year old Toshiba LCD with this super-thin Samsung Frame. The best part, the whole thing is powered by this tiny cable

Love the appearance when the tv is off. Easily was able to display my photos. Looks great above the fireplace mantle. Exactly what I was looking for!

The best tv purchase one could ever get, great graphic and easily to function to art to gaming to streaming videos.

This TV is the best TV hands down. It's design forward and the only option out there for someone who aesthetics matter to. I didn't realize I had to buy a frame for the TV separately, but it's worth it still.
