It doesn't have a full bar across the back, so it requires being centered to the studs in your wall or a solid core wall. If your studs are more than 12" on center, well, highly likely this mount will completely miss them. Very disappointing they didn't offer a full-width bracket. It's just one piece of stamped metal!

Expense and frustrating

I keep the software up to date but after ever button click it’s 45 seconds before you can press another. All and all it’s an overpriced piece of garbage.

I’m very happy that I canceled this purchase and bought the LG model instead. The installers were exceptionally helpful through the whole process.

Terrible for lasting any amount of time. You have to connect through a Samsung One Connect box and that has now broken after only using the TV for just over a year. The Samsung support is terrible and are trying to get me to purchase a new One Connect (invisible cable) for $200 just in case it might fix the issue even though we've gone though a hundred exercises to show that it is the One Connect box that is the issue and not the cable. To replace the One Connect box is over $500 dollars. You would think as they charge a premium for these devices that could at least improve the quality.
