AMAZING!!!!

We have a number of windows in the room and our old OLED was difficult to see clearly because of the glare from the windows and lights at night. With the new screen on the Frame TV, there is virtually no glare either day or night. I was afraid this screen would wash out the colors in the picture but absolutely no problem. Having the box with input separate from the TV is genius as is the solar powered smart remote. I am waiting for the auto rotating mount from Samsung (Best Buy didn't stock these). I can't wait for this WOW item to add to the Frame. I have no complaints at all with this TV. Buy one, you won't regret it.

Easy setup. And when we aren’t watching tv, it looks like a beautifully framed piece of art! Super happy with my purchase.

Frame TV is great as a TV and Art

Worst Buy

We bought this for our basement that we recently finished. It freezes all of the time and is very slow. It came that way out of the box. Would not and will not ever recommend. Samsung can and has done better. Waste of money (and it wasn’t cheap).

Purchase this somewhere else

Since I purchased Geek Squad support, I called Best Buy customer service line. I was shuffled between multiple departments over the course of 30 mins before finally speaking to someone. I was told that someone from Geek Squad would call me back within two business days. When two business days passed, I called again. This time it took over an hour on the phone and online chat before I spoke to someone. I was then told that despite having Geek Squad protection, they were unable to have anyone come to my home to address the issue and that if no one called within another two days, to call back again. I still haven’t heard from them. Instead, I called Samsung customer service who was able to schedule a repair appointment and fixed the issue since was still under warranty. The customer service with Best Buy has been horrendous and Geek Squad even worse. In the future, I will make all my electronic purchases somewhere else.

Great TV, remote died...

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the remote just died on me after less than one hour of use, I called Samsung and have been waiting for over a month for a remote control replacement, but nothing yet...

Didn’t work out

This installation requires a separate power box to be run from the TV to some other location in your room within about 7 feet. Our location for the router is up and over the fireplace at about 25 feet away. That’s the “secret” of how they make the screen so flat…less innards. The installers recognized it quickly so we looked at what else was on sale and they returned the “Frame”, picked up the replacement and installed that one instead.
