We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Frame TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Gorgeous TV marred by an ugly connection box

I thought I was getting a truly wireless TV (had planned for a power outlet behind it) but, nooo, there's a not-so-invisible "invisible" cable that runs to the connection box, which also has all the TV circuitry inside so you can't just go without it.

Love the idea of being able to display art or family photos when not watching TV. If having the highest picture quality is important to you this may not be the best fit for you. But if looking for a good TV that doesn’t look like a TV when turned off definitely look at The Frame!!!!

Disappointed

We have not been able to turn the TV on as it appears to not work at all. We contacted Samsung to request a new one. They opened a "ticket" for us and will only send out a technician to repair it. That will happen on May 4, the first available date. So we have not been able to use this product yet and are disappointed

Loving it!

A very limited number of free pictures to choose from, you have to purchase the rest. But the picture etc is great! I love it on my wall!

Awesome

Great during the day and at night. No reflections or glare. The no glare surface makes all the difference. Even if specs of other TVs are higher does matter if doesn’t work for your room situation.

Tik Tok is preinstalled and you cant delete it.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. Please know that you can remove apps you no longer want and free up memory space on your TV.
There are some recommended apps that cannot be deleted but can be removed from the Home Screen. Please know that the app you mentioned in your review can be deleted.
1. Go to Home > left directional button > Media > APPS
2. Click on Settings (upper right corner)
3. Next, find and select the app you want to delete.
4. Select Delete from the pop-up menu. You can also move an app to another location by selecting Move.

The Frame is a great tv.
