Exceeded expectations!

Looks so good and adding the extra bezel (shouldn’t be so expensive but try and find it on sale) makes a big difference!

Only issue that I have is if you have another Samsung TV next to each other the TV control send directions to both tv's when instead you only want one to receive the requests.

Poor Quality Contr by Best Buy

Got it all the way back home and turned it on before I saw it. Couldn't take it back because I had to borrow a car just to get it. While not samsung's fault, it does reflect poorly on Best Buy.

Worst Overpriced TV Ever

First- there is no frame on the frame TV (but it does come with a wall mount?). If you purchase a frame separately, the TV does not function. At baseline it is glitchy, includes ads, and user interface is terrible

Second time the charm

Buy something better

It’s full of bugs from getting very hot to not pairing with a remote to not being able to use the search on many apps (it skips over letters in the search for YouTube, Tubi, Max). I hate this tv, it has been a waste of time and money.

I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV’s remote is not working as expected. Please try these steps which may help resolve this:
1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote.
2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected
If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following:
- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
- Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery
- Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

FRAME is perfect

Absolute Garbage

Realize this is the frame version, but it should still be a functional TV.....absolute worst TV EVER!! Remote is terrible.....VERY slow and non-responsive.....VERY clunky. Nice TV

Horrible Customer Service

Due to it being past return window although tv is was recently opened and right away gave me problems. Horrible customer service regarding this issue.

Buyer Beware

Now the OneConnect box just clicks and the TV doesn't turn on. Tried powercycling, unplugging and plugging back in all cables and connections with the same result. Totally unusable.

Love my Samsung Frame TV
