Absolutely love this TV. We bought it to mount in a high traffic area and the low profile makes it almost seemless with the wall. Mounting instructions are definitely different than other TVs but not that hard to figure out.

We love our new Samsung TV. Best Buy just installed it in our home and we could not be more satisfied with the whole process - we had a home visit to make sure we were buying the right size, and installation! It is perfect and what a TV!!!!! The picture below is actually the TV with art work displayed on the screen. I chose the white screen.

I love this frame TV. Crisp colors ans goood sound. I would highly recoment use Best Buy Gerk Swuad support! They made my decisions and experiance easier and pleasant

I love that it serve 2 purpose: a frame with the different background you can choose from the gallery and a tv of course.

Expensive for essentially a flatscreen 4K tv, but we really enjoy the art mode and it fills the space in the room in a much better way than a regular tv would’ve. The tv is very good for viewing too but I also appreciate not having a black square on the wall when not in use.

From start to finish a great purchase. Our salesman was A1 and delivery went without a hitch. Mounting was a bit challenging but it is up and running.

We have not had the television more than a few weeks. We bought it because we wanted the non-reflective screen. The picture is very clear and the colors are sharp. We would like to figure out how to turn off the photo/painting when the TV is off. We don't like that feature. The only real negative, so far, is the sound. Because we have the TV mounted to the wall, and all of the speakers are in the back of the TV, everything sounded muffled. We had to go back to Best Buy and buy a sound bar. That resolved the problem.

The initial tv was defective but the exchange process was easy and I was able to get the replacement working quickly.

I am obsessed with this tv. Love how it looks like art above my fireplace and the picture and sound quality works great in our open concept room. I can’t wait to get a snap on frame to complete the look. If you are on the fence don’t wait. It is so flush to the wall and I had the wires run inside the wall so it looks perfect. Excuse the boxes in the photos we just moved in.

The art feature allows my room to take on a lovely ambient feeling versus a dark lifeless spot. Love it!

I love my tv. I have it in my living room looks beautiful, easy to setup, easy to setup on app, adding frame art was easy and was easy to hide wires.

Absolutely love this tv! I dont like the look of a big tv in my room but this is a great compromise, my husband gets his tv, I get my art, the frame I choose feels a bit dark so might have to try a lighter frame one day

Final got our large screen tv with the frame art feature. Looks great on and off. Re- learned the remote control features and functions pretty easy. You won’t regret gettIng one.

Looks amazing, get after-market frame for it on Amazon to turn into art. Dont forget tv has a box that must go in wall
