One issue is on and off. When you turm on goes straight to picture mode so you have to turn on twice. Tirning off I have to hold the button down for a few seconds or it would go to picture mode. Maybe a setting not sure but it can be a little annoying.

Beautiful picture and minimal design blend into surroundings when not on or art is displayed. However, depending on the distance of your wall studs, the directions may be completely wrong. It states 16" stud distance is fine, but it most definitely is not. Search YouTube for how to mount and do not follow the included directions.

Only thing I don’t like is I did think it stayed on all the time like a picture, but it does turn off after so long which doesn’t make sense if it supposed to look like a picture on the wall. Also my own pictures don’t take up the whole screen, but you can put mats around them.

We have not even had this tv for 11 months and I am submitting a warranty claim tomorrow due to 2 green lines vertical and diagonal across the screen. This is not our main tv we mainly use it for the art features periodically. For the price, this is very frustrating and disappointing.

Install was easy. Down side - ios App is a little slow and it really should come with frame . Withou the frame it just looks like a tv :/

The internet constantly needs to be test for the TV to work and we had a frame TV before in this spot and never had an issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Frame TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
