Like the TV. Would like to purchase the upgraded picture frame kit, however, $150.00 for a snap on plastic, looks kind of like real wood is too expensive.

If you’re not gonna use this TV as a picture frame on your wall. Don’t waste your money. i’m exchanging it for now. The TV.

Tv was broken, big blue line in middle of tv. We were not offered an exchange but only our money back. Don’t buy geek squad certified open box tvs.

Really weird spots during dark movie scenes or during a dark screen. Has this happened to anyone with this tv?

As a TV it’s good, probably not great but good. I can tell it’s a higher end TV. It’s party trick is the artwork and for that it’s cool. A couple points: 1. If you want full access to the art store it’s like 70 a year or something. Seems a bit high to me 2. The UI for the TV is really busy and a little annoying if I’m honest 3. Samsung doesn’t have some apps available (like Crunchyroll) but you can mirror your phone 4. Doesn’t support Dolby vision… but does HDR10 Again the party trick is the art work and I appreciate that. It does a good job with that particularly if you play with the screen brightness etc. Also the wall hangers are a great design and I love that only 1 thin wire runs through the wall (the rest of your equipment gets connected to a box which sends it all via that one cord to the TV) Oh and virtually no reflection from ambient light and is great in a bright room. I’m happy with it

Amazing TV. I appreciate how it's transitions from television mode to art mode, and back. It works seamlessly with Apple TV. The remote feels cheap but has a solar panel so theoretically I won't need to ever charge it. The TV comes with hardware to hang it. I haven't done that yet, but will eventually. It has lots of cool little features like adaptable brightness, and puts out a surprising amount of sound. I've had it now for a little less than a month and I am super happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased the Samsung 55" Class The Frame QLED TV, and it has exceeded my expectations. The design is brilliant, doubling as a piece of art when not in use, thanks to customizable bezels and Art Mode. The QLED technology provides vibrant colors, deep blacks, and sharp 4K UHD resolution, making movies and sports look amazing. The Tizen operating system is user-friendly, and the built-in voice assistants (Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant) make control effortless. Setup was easy, and the One Connect Box keeps cables tidy. While the built-in speakers are decent, a soundbar enhances the experience. Art Mode is a standout feature, displaying beautiful artwork or personal photos when the TV is off. Overall, this TV combines aesthetics and performance perfectly, and I highly recommend it.

This is a great TV! The pro reviews from 3rd party sites got it wrong. The picture is fantastic in your home and you won’t regret the purchase. The regrettable thing about seeing it in store is they have it next to other 4K tvs that are playing content from movies and awesome videos. This TV only shows the picture mode so it’s impossible to compare it to the other TVs in store but believe me the picture is great. I’m posting pictures of the World Series in 4K and a football game in regular HD. I think you’ll agree they all look great. I’m also posting pictures in art mode to show how realistic the paintings look. If you haven’t guessed by now it’s almost Halloween so you’ll see a few spooky decorations and some Halloween paintings. Also some shots showing an actual original painting in the shot so you can compare. Please note we have recessed lights right over the TV so you may see a little shine but the matte finish screen does an incredible job making the artwork look realistic. I guess you will have to trust me, the website won’t let me upload any photos it’s very disappointing.

I love my new 55" Samsung Frame TV(model QN55LS03BAFXZA). The picture quality is amazing and the picture is still visible and clear when the room is filled with sunlight. It is so amazing to walk into the room and have artwork appearing instead of a black screen. In order for the art to appear on the screen when you are not watching TV, you can purchase a subscription, purchase a piece of art, or upload your own photographs or downloaded artwork. All these options are very easy. The website at https://www.nga.gov/ has tons of free downloadable artwork. In order for the image to fill up the entire screen, it must be formatted to 3840x2160 pixels. You can also configure the TV so that the artwork does not appear on it until the TV detects motion in the room. This feature is great to protect your TV screen and the artwork appears in mere seconds. As you can tell by the pictures I do not have it on the wall yet. But that will happen soon.

Love this TV in our MBR. Looks great on the wall and is easy to use. The smart functions are pretty responsive and solid. The art subscription seems silly expensive, but we have some of our own photos loaded and they look great. For such a slim TV, the sound is decent too.

Very sleek. The tv is very thin and fits flush against any flat surface very well. If you mount to a fireplace that is made of stone, you'll need another mounting solution other than what comes with it. If mounting to drywall or flat brick, the supplied hanging materials are perfect. Very cool looking piece. When in picture mode, it looks like a painting that has a glow to it. TV quality is great, and the sound is surprisingly good for how thin the TV is. The only thing to consider is that this is not a self contained setup. There is a box that you need to hide in a drawer or cabinet somewhere close by. It supplies the power and signal to the monitor through a very thin cord. So, don't think that this just plugs into a power outlet on the wall.

Good TV, picture quality is great but you can find a better tv for the same price if your looking for better picture quality. But we got this TV for the seemless look that fits into the design of your home. Overall good buy.

TVs have never been very important to me. I usually buy them on sale and get nice enough ones for a price I can justify. Even seeing my friend's and family's expensive TVs for some reason the Frame is the first TV to really wow me. The picture quality is spectacular and when I'm moving about the house not watch anything the art mode is a feature that I really really enjoy. We bought a second one for one of our bedrooms as well, and are debating a third for the other bed room. I couldn't recommend the Frame enough.

This television is exactly what I wanted. the ability to display art and photos and still have an excellent picture. The sales people said I would be sacrificing the quality of the viewing experience and the color would not be so vibrant but I beg to differ. everyone that sees this television have commented on the clear picture. Plus, I LOVE the mount as the television is flush to the wall... just like a picture frame.

Personally, this tv deserves a 5 star review. This generations screen is much more matte than tbe 2021 version and therefore looms a lot more like a painting depending on the photo you choose. Its kinda amazing. As for the picture quality itself. I wouldnt use this for serious viewing. Dont expect OLED quality. The sharpness and brightness is definitely there but there are no deep blacks. Otherwise it looks less like a TV and more liake an artpiece which i couldnt be happier with. I also purchased this off a different site for 600 bucks considering id never pay full price so if you can find it for lower, this is an amazing buy.

I love this new Samsung television! It is innovative and so cleverly designed. I was impressed with how the engineers have found elegance in simplicity. The television is easy to unbox. It used to be a chore getting an new large screen tv out of the box but this two part box allows you to place the box in the room you want it in, cut the straps, open the top to remove the stands and accessories, and then slip the box up over the styrofoam protecting the tv. The tv is then easily acccessible for placement. The one caveat here is: Do not cut the straps on the box until you are ready to open the box. Otherwise, moving it is difficult as the box is two parts held together by the straps. The picture quality is impressive. It is viewable at all angles, it has a deep black and the colors are bright, crisp and true. The sound is good considering how thin this television is but I will probably go with a soundbar to help match the sound with the great picture. I use the stands but this television would look great mounted on a wall. The stands lock into the television with a lever on each stand - very stable. The single cable is designed to run out the back of the tv trhough the stand - very clean and neat. The remote control is a thing of beauty if you like simple remotes. It is white and has direct connect buttons for Netflix, Disney, Prime and Samsung TV. It is also the first solar powered remote I have owned. This is the future of smart televisions and I highly recommend it! I recieved this product at a discounted price in return for an honest review.

Preforms specaturlarly and does what you need it to (and more) with elegance! This TV always gets compliments and is a joy to have in the home. If you want to have it on the stand or mount it on the wall, samsung provides you with what you need. I was planning to mount it on the wall but have been loving it on the stand.
