Customers are enthusiastic about the 55" Class The Frame QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV's picture quality and Art Mode, with many praising the ease of use and the TV's overall aesthetic appeal when wall-mounted. However, some users expressed frustration with the remote control's intuitiveness and reported occasional software issues. The TV's performance and reliability were also subjects of mixed feedback. While many found the TV to be a great addition to their homes, some experienced technical difficulties.

The Frame TV is cooler than you’d think

My wife LOVES it. The picture is amazing. The artwork is really cool. We get compliments from our visitors. As for the TV, I’ve always been a Sony guy but the picture is better with sunlight coming in than the Sony. The only thing I don’t like is you have to set up a Samsung account but then all Samsung TVs in your house share information which is convenient. This is our second frame TV.

Preforms specaturlarly and does what you need it to (and more) with elegance! This TV always gets compliments and is a joy to have in the home. If you want to have it on the stand or mount it on the wall, samsung provides you with what you need. I was planning to mount it on the wall but have been loving it on the stand.

I love how most people don't recognize it as a TV. It truly blends right in as artwork. I also enjoy changing the picture with the seasons. Best idea ever!

What a beaufiful TV. Yeah it's pricey but if you need art in your home, this is the way to go. Some people are saying the remote is hard to use or doesn't charge in the sun. I beg to siffer. Mine charges and I live in Seattle where it is gloomy. And the UI is super easy to use. I recommend getting GeekSquad to install the TV for you. Worth it.

Love the TV ... Growing to Hate Samsung

I just finished a minor update on my home office and wanted to add a flush mounted tv to be used occasionally for video conferencing, but also as part of my wall decor. The Frame fit the bill and really looks sharp in art mode. My Best Buy experience was great - checked out a floor model in store on Cyber Monday and was able to get a 55" model of tv for $500 cheaper than it was selling just a few days later. Had to order the TV as none in stock at my local BB, but delivery occurred 3 days later - so no problem. Mounting the TV is where the problems started to occur. The TV was supposed to come with 2 different sets of mounting hardware to affix the flush mount to the back of the TV - 2 Long screws (if you wanted it spaced off the wall with spacers) or 2 short (if you want to flush mount it, like I did). My factory sealed package had 3 long and 1 short. The screws are of a very particular size and shape, and not something you can replace at the hardware store. I called Samsung (well, texted them - their phone system doesn't seem to work) and had a terribly frustrating encounter with a service rep who seemed to have no idea what I was saying, even though I was texting pictures of the hardware held against a ruler. They eventually agreed to send a new hardware package - in 15 - 21 business days ! Never got a confirmation about my request, still don't have the hardware. I tried to go up to my Best Buy to see if they had an open set of hardware - they were sympathetic and willing to exchange the whole TV, but I already have the thing unpacked and ready to go. Totally frustrating. I suppose if I don't get the new hardware in a couple weeks, I'll have to return the whole thing, and if that happens - this will be my last Samsung purchase ever (too bad, I've got another TV and 4 phones I kind of like). Terrible business to lose a customer over a 5 cent piece of hardware because your service department couldn't be bothered to arrange for one to be put in an envelope with a stamp and be mailed out. So, I guess I have to be fair - the TV looks great and does exactly what I wanted. But it's been a 3 week headache that Samsung could care less about and likely I'm not going to have my office "done" before the holidays. ** Also note it is not abundantly clear on the advertising material, but the One Connect cable they tout is not in-wall rated - so even though there is zero chance anyone alive has ever bought this TV with the idea of NOT hiding the cables in the drywall, if you want to do that you will need to run conduit OR spend another $200 to buy their super expensive and not-at-all-available-anywhere-in-the-United-States in-wall rated cable. Terrible decision by Samsung to not just include that with the TV.

Needed a tv to put in the back sunroom. Something that would not reflect all the light coming through. The Frame does that with flying colors. And when not watching programming, I put up artwork for the masses. Very happy with my selection.

Great TV! Art mode is really cool. We have our TV mounted above the fireplace. We don't prefer that but it was really our only option. But with this TV and with a decorative frame it looks awesome. Picture/ sound quality is great as well. No issues so far

One of the thinest TV's you will find. The picture quality is great, we enjoy the art mode for family photos. Be mindful there is a large box/power support that you can hide away from the TV if you are going to wall mount it.

This is an awesome TV. We have a large picture window directly across the room from the TV and there is absolutely no glare! It’s amazing! I haven’t bought a sound system for the unit yet, but I’m amazed at the sound from those very thin speakers is actually very good. I highly recommend the frame TVs.

As an art lover, this TV really spoke to me. There is such a vast array of art. Such as classical, modern, photographic, abstract and much more to search and explore! The TV set up is super simple and walks you through all needed settings and steps. The sound quality is honestly pretty amazing considering the thin nature of this TV. I have it in my bedroom and it is plently loud and crisp for the space. Gaming is also great on this TV and really immersive & last but not least. The remote… its awesome. It is USBC charging capable AND has a “Solar” charging panel on the back so you can simply leave the remote facedown near the window or a lamp and it can help you maintain the charge of your remote battery! Awesome idea Samsung!

The photos/art work are pretty cool, but we usually turn it off when we are not watching. The remote is not the best. Otherwise it’s great! Clear picture, sound, size, and our brother-in-law likes it.

This TV has been on my wishlist for some time, and the Black Friday price at Best Buy was the best value I had seen in the last year of window browsing for mine. The picture is so clear and with the matte screen I have a much better experience with no washing out of the picture or bright glares when watching TV during the day or with lights on in the same room. The remote feels great in the hand and is extremely user intuitive. So far I have no complaints about the wide range of features and perks this TV has to offer, especially at a black Friday price :)

The Frame TV fit the bill in our space. We wanted to display art and use it as a TV, but without the bulky TV mounting hardware and no wires. Works well, great display with the antiglare screen and looks like it belongs. The biggest issue is placement of the Oneconnect box. We had to install a box in the wall to house the OneConnect so that no wires were visible. Very easy to add new pictures and there are many of them available on-line or you can add your own. We considered getting a sound bar, but the sound is decent enough for general viewing and we did not want additional clutter on the wall.

This is a 4K TV, so picture quality is top notch. The real reason to buy this is the frame feature. We have an open concept house and wanted our TV to be less obvious sitting above the fireplace. We also purchased the insanely expensive wood looking plastic surround frame. The TV, with the ridiculously expensive plastic frame, looks awesome. It is awkward to get your own artwork or photos on the frame, but if you're somewhat capable you'll get it done. I like to search the internet for public domain artwork, which is high resolution and looks amazing. I love it.
