    I would not recommended this product. We have had nothing but issues with it since we purchased it. We have had to purchase and install new router l, new HTMI cable, two new cable boxes. We complained week ago to Best Buy and they were going yo have someone contact us last Saturday. No phone call.

    Audio issues makes it unwatchable

    Audio sync issues to actual tv audio (no sound bar even hooked up). Never had an issue with the previous tv this replaced or any other tv in the house. Have to use the tv remote to turn off the TV (typically we use just the cable box remote). We will be returning this to the store.

    Piece of crap doesn’t even work and I installed it after the return window (by 20 days) due to a remodel taking longer than we expected. So frustrating. What a waste of money.

    Did not like this tv. Has a smart option that makes the tv do crazy stuff. I would not buy it

    The dual purpose of the picture frame tv was worth the cost! The picture quality and the ease of using the tv is top notch. I love this tv and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking at a space that could use some art and/or a tv.

    Wow! We have been loyal Samsung customers for years, especially with their TV's. The QLED line was super impressive to begin with, and they've gone and made it even better! The packing was secure, the install was great (we didn't use the stand), and the utilization of the set up with the HDMI ports was simple. It's a captivating and beautiful experience on such a large screen. We have this mounted on the wall in our great room. This is my favorite spot to watch Netflix originals in their 4k format. Ladies, I encourage you to view Bridgerton on this TV... I promise you will thank me later! Samsung has ensured we will stay loyal customers. Highly, highly recommend!

    Great TV! Very clear the images are great! When the TV is off it looks like a painting. Only issue is that Samsung wants you to pay a monthly fee for cool paintings. You can upload your own paintings or pictures. The TV is also not ‘55 inches it’s is more like 50.

    Love the artwork look. It is just gorgeous. However, our 2 year old Samsung looses its sound every day and has to be turned off & on & reset the settings. I was so disappointed when our brand new Frame TV has the same issue and it is less than a week old.

    The mount is simply terrible. It is so hard to operate and install; while doing so the installers even dropped it. The mount is two separate pieces that you must install individually into the wall and they must be exactly in place. Or else they aren’t going to work. Simply horrible design by Samsung. A 1.6K tv that I’ve been saving for a long time, completely trashed from a horrible mount.

    Comes with a huge box and you can't hide the cable

    I just returned four of these, here's why, it might save a lot of time and hassle because if you need to return, you have to take it to a store. It comes with a bulky box that was 3 times the size of the box my 7 year old samsung had, you have to have two cables that come out of the TV and connect to the box, you can't plug the TV straight to the outlet which in my case is right on the wall behind the TV. On top of all this, Samsung tells you that you can't even bury the cable in the wall, it has to be exposed because it's a power cable. Any why do we even need a box? no cable, no hdmi, all we need is wifi which doesn't require a cable. The whole thing looks like it's from the 90s.

    TV doesn’t work

    I have tried to make the TV work but the box or the TV doesn’t turn on. I called 3 times and was told to wait for over 250 minutes. Once I get the product to work my opinion will change .

      Thank you for purchasing The Frame TV. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with turning your TV on. If the TV screen is black, it is generally caused by a loose power cord, or the external device is turned off. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1. Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.

      2. If your TV does not turn on, check whether the remote control sensor is on. By holding a reflective object like mirror under the TV, you can easily find the remote control sensor.

      3. If the remote control sensor is not turned on, unplug the power cable and plug it back in.

      4. Disconnect and reconnect the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable between the TV and the One Connect Box. Make sure that the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable is not pinched or bent sharply.

      5. Check the remote control sensor again. If the LED is turned on, press the power button on your remote control to turn on your TV.
      - If the remote control sensor turns off when you press the power button, your TV is correctly connected to the power supply.
      - If the TV screen is still blank, softly tap it with your finger. If the part of the screen you tapped on blinks, your TV is correctly connected to the power supply.
