This is beautiful and incredibly thin. What’s more, we were able to use this to present one of the worlds most luxurious products. And you can also add a picture frame: one of literally thousands of different options on this which is cool

Haven’t had it long, but so far so good. Wish I knew I couldn’t put the cord that comes with it in the wall. The Geek Squad person who mounted the TV said there’s another cord I could buy. Inconvenient, but not awful.

Excellent picture quality. The sound is actually decent. Not theatre quality, but good.

Beautiful TV with a few flaws. Looks fantastic, we love the art store, the new bezels are much better this year than last. Unfortunately, the video connector that runs from the TV to the box doesn’t fit into the TV outlet properly. The outlet is recessed such that I had to pry it forward to connect the cable. If it was one TV I’d chalk it up to a unique QA issue but I returned my first TV for this problem and the second one had THE SAME problem. So, the frame has a slight design flaw that I’m willing to live with because I don’t want an LG Gallery TV for this room. But I have some concerns the connector will break in the future because it is slightly bent forward to accommodate the connection. C’est la via. The second ‘issue’ is just that as far as I can tell there are no HDMI 2.1 ports. Seems strange for a TV in 2021 to NOT have this feature. Yes, there are some high bandwidth HDMI ports but not 2.1. Has 1 eARC. Might be misunderstanding Samsung but I’m going off their answer. For my use this doesn’t matter but a warning to others who might be concerned.

I love this TV! The picture and sound quality is awesome. I love how flat against the wall this tv mounts. The remote is solar powered so no bothering with batteries! It’s in a league of its own

Love Love Love this Tv. It’s exactly what we hoped it’d be and more. Not the best quality but that’s not why you’d buy it. The art features are excellent. Just make sure to convert your photos to 16x9 ratio to fit the whole screen when displayed.

I had a bew fireplace built aind needed to replace the TV on a stand that had occupied that spae. The Samsung Frame was jut the ticket. Stylish with excellent screen techno;ogy and viewing excellence. The "art" aspect was what sold me and I have not been disappointed. I haven't changed the artwork yet because I i like what I have but will be experimenting.

The frame 2021. Great TV even better than 2020 version and the operating system is very smooth. This TV adds a nice touch to our living room and with the interchangeable frames tops it off, matching with our decor!

Love my new frame TV!! The free art work is bleh but the splurge on more artwork is worth it.

Average TV. Beware, it Does Not come with any “frames” in the box and getting a white frame for this tv is nearly impossible with at least. 3-4 week special order wait on some sites. Samsung isnt even selling them anymore on their site since this TV was updated to the 2021 model, this is the 2020 model. Wish I would have done more research on the frames aspect of this TV. Find the frame you want before you buy this because you may not be able to get it which makes getting this tv a waste. Just buy a better 55” tv with the money you saved. Like a Sony.

Great concept and art but screen technology is a little dated.

This TV is so beautiful, however my screen has a pink hue to it. I thought we received a defective TV so I returned it but the second TV still had a pink hue where it was supposed to be white. I tried adjusting the settings but it still seems off.
