This tv is simply gorgeous and adds such a unique element to the room even though I didn’t mount it (renting) but someday! Sound is great! Well done Samsung!

I am very happy with the frame tv. I like the selection of pictures and the way the motion sensor illuminates the picture when I walk by. The lies very flat on the wall and looks good.

This is the 6th Frame TV I set up for clients. TV is GREAT, but the included mount is horrible, let me explain:
The wall mount comes in 2 separate pieces, not easy to level them, the pieces mounted to the TV rotate some, suppose for slight change in leveling, but I don't really see the advantage, lastly, putting the TV up to the mounts is quite a challenge> I used a glow rod to separate the angled mounts from the TV so I can hook them onto the wall plates, then I slide the glow rod out. I much prefer the older generation's wall mount, so much easier to mount the TV.

Samsung makes really great TVs, and the frame is another example of that. The visual quality is top notch, and the apps available on the tv allow you to connect to virtually any streaming service. The mounting instructions are easy enough.
The only thing to note is the connect box. There is a decent sized cord that goes with the connect box, and the connect box itself is rather large. You will need to find a good spot for these things.

I had been eyeing these for a couple year, and with the recent price drop I decided to make the purchase. Overall, very happy with this...it is a beautiful 4k tv and the ART display is wonderful. it did take a bit of messing around to get it to look like a painting/art piece...the out of the box setting display art more like a digital photo frame, but once that was set properly it looks great. Decent sound, and has all the usual smart TV apps and features.

Really thin on the wall just like a picture frame. Cool. My complaints are that the “frame” is extra. It should be included in the cost. And colors are few with one being black, same as the tv’s trim so redundant. Second, the images that could make it more than a black screen on a wall cost more, or I can upload my own; however, that is not a simple task. I can load an app and turn my phone into the tv’s remote and upload pictures from my phone to display on the screen - or so I thought. Still have not figured out that one.

Can be irritating to turn on at times. I don’t know if it’s the motion sensor or the remote but when it does work, it’s a very unique addition to any room

Every person who steps in my living room comments on the "art work" on the wall. Then I flip the switch and it magically becomes a television. I love the new Frame TV because it does not look like a big black box on my wall. It adds some loveliness to the room. The best part is you can chose the art you want to display or upload your own. Great purchase.

Although it is beautiful and amazing. I did not like that you have to use the one connect box which made installation extremely more difficult. I wish I could just plug in the TV directly to an outlet without the huge box that we had to fit into my drywall and figure out how to make a custom panel to cover it. Also the fiber optic cable is super delicate which the instructions do not mention, I only found that out through Youtube.

I love this TV, it looks so good on the wall and i really like the oneconnect box that allows all the messy wires running to/from the tv to be tucked away in a cabinet (plus it has a ton of hdmi ports). The picture is great too. Now that these have been going on sale, they have gotten the price down to the point where i wouldn't recommend anything else!

I love this TV! I didn't want a TV in my bedroom because I didn't want to look at it. This is perfect because it's artwork when not in use. I like the feature where it turns itself on and off depending on movement in the room. There are some apps/streaming services that don't work with Samasung tho (AMC+?? I can't remember). Just FYI.

So, far, we are very pleased with the TV. We hung it over the fireplace and like the look of framed photos. There are several free shots that come with the TV. We had the TV delivered and hung by the Best Buy Geek Squad. That was so worth it. The person who hung it did a beautiful job and spent a long time showing us how to use the features and the new remote.

Look Great! I have yet to figure out all the kinks, but you’re able to download an app to use a remote of your choosing to control the tv. You also need to pay if you want to add art frames to the tv. I am uncertain if I am able to use my own images to view when on portrait mode.
It is slightly complicated to set everything up, but I have figured the basics within a couple hours perhaps.
