The only issue for us was aesthetic. We love art, hate the bulky look of televisions. This was an excellent choice - unfortunately, the 50 inch was sold out, so we had to splurge for the next size up, but I have to say, we aren't disappointed. Installation was easy: the guys helped set up the TV, my app, and connected our streaming services to the TV. I do feel a little bamboozled that the art is so expensive - but we will learn how to deal with it / get art on the TV ourselves.

One Connect box allows for many out of sight component connections. Do Not kink or sharply bend the One Connect cable or the filament inside will break. There is no mention of this in the directions. Easy on screen menu to change the picture display, depending on what you are watching. The Art feature is genius!
