    Bought it in My 2021 now in Sept 2022 black spots when exposed to heat. Sales guy said we didn't need a cover.

To ensure proper performance, the TV screen should not be exposed to any direct sunlight. If the TV screen is exposed to direct sunlight, it can develop dark areas.

      Please know our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, noncommercial use of this product, and does not apply to fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature that may incur damage.

    TV is good. I was charged an additional $100 to install it after the fact. I went over the cost in great detail in the store and was assured that this was the final total.

    Came scratched up pretty bad and best buy support has been awful in rectifying the situation.

    Excellent outdoor television! It is really (relatively) heavy, however, so if you are attaching it to something like a swinging wall mount, consider using MUCH larger lag bolts than provided with the wall mount kit…

    Tv did not last two years outdoors and failed

    This tv unfortunately did not last a full 2 years without major problems. I used it outdoors partial sun as allowed. I had the best expectations given the initial reviews online. But the tv did not meet expectations. Then Samsung refused to repair the tv because of normal wear and tear (after all it is an outdoor tv). I want to warn others that these “outdoor TVs” do not last outdoors and unfortunately Samsung failed to honor their warranty. Do not Buy!

    When you say it's remote, you might want to make sure it's remote. RDP does not work the way it was promised. It does not work to industry standard.
