I went and picked it up and the workers helped me get my tv in my vehicle it was a matter of 10 minutes, great experience I was in and out and able to get home and set it up which was very easy, the picture and sound of the tv is great. I would recommend this product and company to everyone.

Samsung smart TV you can count on the quality

The Apps and engine behind it to me are really slower than expected for a TV that is suppposed to be so new and advanced. I have multiple Samsung TV's and the software and engine do not seem to have changed in the last few years, they are all slower than expected and nearly identical. I was really hoping this one would be faster and more advanced than a TV that is 4 years older. I have a Toshiba low budget that is much faster than this new TV. For that I am just disappointed. All in all this will suit my needs.
